Have noticed it before but thought it was just my luck however today went in for 4 drinks and again doesn’t meet else where our 2 caramel ribbon crunch had actual chunks of ice in it and the other weren’t made as it should. I’ll stick to other locations in Leesburg ?

Their early morning/opening crew are the best. Whether I put in an order through the app or go inside to place it, it only takes them no more than 2 minutes to get it out to me. They are the most friendly and welcoming staff you could ask for and they make a big chain like Starbucks feel more like a small, local coffee shop.I have an expensive, prosumer espresso machine at home so I usually make myself an espresso based drink at home in the morning but sometimes I'm running behind and I always look forward to coming here when that happens.While I can't speak for the rest of the staff here, the morning crew here is the best I've come across at any coffee shop. I've tried going to a Starbucks that is a little more convenient on my commute but it's not worth giving up the awesome crew at this location.

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free for medical reasons. It would be nice to have some gluten free pastries. The marshmallow bar is delicious but that's the only option.
been going here for almost a decade and recently the staff have become unbearable. rude, slow, unprofessional baristas who often don’t pay attention to even the simplest of orders and double down on not owing up to their mistakes. too many other options to continue going here, which sucks because i did enjoy the atmosphere itself and the option for outdoor seating
