Note to Patrick: I hope that you enjoyed my breakfast! One star seems insufficient to capture how dreadful the customer 'service' was at this Starbucks yesterday. Here's hoping that it doesn't happen to anyone else...
My husband and I waited patiently for our breakfast order (25 minutes) while we watched person after person pick theirs up. I went to ask the person who took the order what happened. She informed me that 'Patrick' had come in looking for his egg bites, so she gave him our order. I really hope he enjoyed it along with the breakfast sandwich that went with it!
Rather than head to the oven and ask that someone remake our order, she inexplicably went back to the register to take other's orders. So, I went to the person heating food and explained what happened.
We finally got our order and I said that I didn't understand how Patrick got our order. The server claimed that Patrick's order was under my name. (How would she know his name was Patrick if he ordered under my name?). So I showed her Patrick's egg bites from the counter (they'd been sitting pretty for about 20 minutes).
It was so ridiculous it was funny! Mistakes happen. It's busy, but seriously, this should be a textbook example of how not to treat a customer.

Wonderful friendly staff and talented baristas! Positive atmosphere and the wait for my drink wasn't too long. I'd recommend this location around Leesburg!

1st and Last visit at this location, ive nvr had a Matcha drink, tht was not mixed well, the drink contained clumps of Matcha powder , I received lots of ice, when I specifically ask for lite ice, it's a big 👎 for me, this location

They removed the option to add extra shots to the iced espresso drinks on Door dash for this location
Fantastic Starbucks location. Friendly staff. Drinks were on point and super quick! Coffee cake and brownie were nice and fresh! We enjoyed our stop today at this Ashburn location 💚💚💚💚
