My experience here was pretty annoying because I wanted to fact check a couple of the things for my order and the atmosphere behind there counter was extremely rushed, and no one came to the counter when I came into the store. I waited a few minutes and then pulled aside to an employee to ask her if they sell a certain item and had to ask her to take my order. The order process felt extremely rushed and pressured to not even order everything I wanted. If you’re looking for a good experience, I don’t recommend but if you’re just looking for a coffee and don’t care then it’s a good choice.

Really folks? You charge an arm and a leg for these drinks - and now asking for tips too - and this is what we get?

This venti is not even half full and doesn't have the whipped cream it's supposed to have.

Didn't think I'd need to open the lid and check but I will from now on.

The baristas were not friendly. Tried multiple times for them to make my drink correctly but they failed. 2 people around 730 pm slow inside and drive thru was slow they were just worried about cleaning up and rushed my drink . They looked stressed out and in a rush to close even though closing is 9 pm. Won’t come back

This Starbucks is in a great location right next to Walmart, super easy to stop by before or after shopping. The staff is always friendly and fast, and my drink is made just right every time. The store is clean and bright inside, and the drive-thru is usually quick too. I love coming here for my morning coffee or a midday pick-me-up!

Update: I was in a bit of a hurry and had to give this location another shot. They screwed up my cold foam again. Please teach your employees how to make the drink correctly the first time so I don’t have to waste my time to see if they can make it right on the second try. It’s shocking that a drink that’s been on the menu for years can be so consistently made incorrectly at seemingly only this location.

I’ll start by saying the employees are always friendly. My wife and I order from this location pretty frequently. Unfortunately, there’s a big inconsistency with how my drink is made from visit to visit. I order the salted caramel cream cold brew which has a very distinct appearance and is easily recognizable. It seems more often than not there is issue with my drink. On multiple occasions there has been an overwhelming amount of foam throwing off the ratio of cold brew to foam. On other occasions I don’t even recognize the drink because the foam just blended into the drink making it look like some iced coffee with creamer in it. It may seem trivial but if it’s mixed before I receive it I have no way of checking for the before mentioned issue. This is the only Starbucks location that seems to have this problem of making what appears to be a relatively easy to make drink. My wife and I have decided to start frequenting another location a bit further away.

Stopped in to buy a pound of espresso for a new espresso machine and the first one I went to in Leesburg did not have any espresso which is unusual seeing how they are a coffee house and espresso is their number one seller. The second store had the espresso before a 1 lb bag it was $17$$$$!!! If they want to know why they're losing sales they should look at their pricing

This Starbucks is inconsistent at best. On multiple occasions I have asked them to use stars from my account on bakery products and instead they use it on my drink. I also ask them to confirm they used it for the bakery product. They never offer receipts for the transaction. I get cold foam in my drinks half of the time even though I order a drink with cold foam every time. Frustrating lack of quality for such expensive products.
