This subway location has to be the worst when it comes to following directions from an online order. At least two times they gave me the wrong order to go. Either they don't pay attention or they can't read English well but something needs to change because I'm not going back there.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at this location on 08/11/2024. I placed two orders through the Subway app. The app indicated that my orders would be ready for pickup at 6:00 PM and 6:05 PM, respectively. However, when I arrived at the store, the only employee on duty informed me that "it's going to be a while," despite the app showing that both orders were ready.

I ended up waiting approximately 45 minutes from the promised time of 6:05 PM for my order to be completed, which is entirely unacceptable. During this time, I observed the employee prioritize in-store customers who arrived after me, further delaying my order. This disregard for online orders is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on the service provided.

Additionally, the employee in question, who was not wearing a name tag, displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. He was exceedingly rude, often responding with curt, one-word replies, and showed no willingness to assist or address concerns. When I politely requested the name and contact information of the manager, he repeatedly refused to provide this information.

To make matters worse, the food I eventually received was poorly prepared, adding to the disappointment of the entire experience. As a loyal customer who has frequented this location since its opening, I have always appreciated the quality and service provided. However, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. How you choose to address this situation with the employee is up to Subway but if this were my business, this individual would no longer be employed. I strongly urge you to review this location's hiring practices, as allowing such a lack of service to persist is detrimental to this location and the Subway brand.

Terrible experience here. Will not got back - got my order wrong 3 times and ended up not putting a sandwich in my bag only to find out back at the house.

Watched Eliza man the store today all by herself! She’s amazing! Was working like a boss all the while manning the oven , constantly changing her gloves and keeping the counter immaculate. It was really impressive and my sandwich was delicious. Highly recommend.

Everytime we order fried fish { Tilapia } the Manager as I see his Name Tag and it say's that he is the Manager always over charge us and the last time we order 3 fried fish a whole Tilapia to go and when we picked up our order, I looked at the board for the price of each whole fried fish and not tell him. Again the Manager is handling the cash register, and when he was ringing our order and I was watching him over charge us again. so I asked him why are you over charging us. I told him that I will call the police if he does not give me my refund. The staff are not good.
