I had a very pleasant experience at Subway. The place was clean, the atmosphere was calm, and the service was excellent. I especially want to give a shout-out to Ángelica, who served me with great kindness and patience. She was very attentive, helped me choose what I wanted, and prepared my sandwich exactly as I requested. It's a pleasure to receive such service. Thank you Ángelica, I will definitely return!

Placed a to go order an hour ago and still not ready well past the pickup time. The one person they have working is trying to keep up but there is no logistical way she can with people coming in for dinner and the three other online orders now standing here waiting also. Piss poor ownership/management. If you can’t properly staff a location to serve customers in a timely manner then close it down

I'm pretty sure I just got scammed at this subway. My ft long chicken bacon and ranch came to $19 dollars and change with chips and a drink and I buy this same combo at my work building's subway every day. It comes to 15 bucks. Someone is skimming off the top at this subway and it's officially my last time in this location.

The attention of the person in charge is definitely on another level of EXCELLENCE. I have never experienced attention of this level in any subway before in my life. (Panama, Venezuela, Argentina and USA) This is the staff that they should absorb to train others. As a suggestion, it is too much work to manage the entire operation by one person. She does it apparently very well and with desire but it is too much. DEFINITELY MY BEST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE IN 20 years and 4 countries)

The two ladies that worked there were extremely slow… I told them not worry about giving me one of the items because they were incompetent. I’ll never go to this subway again. Really Subway has gone so far down hill… this was the first time in years that I gave it another chance but not only the food is poor quality but the service too.

Vegetarian options: It's not vegan, and the pretzel? roll is hard as a rock . You can beat someone up with that pretzel ? feet long. The churo is disgusting ??. The mayonnaise is not vegan. Avoid like the plague.

I called in asking for the new cookie footlong. I was answered with a bad attitude I ended up hanging up. My friend tried calling again to get another employee. No one picked up. Reading the review everyone is saying it is the Spanish lady (Garcia). Subway should look into this "manager".

My intent with this review isn't to clown anyone, but the hope is the owners will see it and make improvements.I went yesterday to this Subway (I live nearby) with a coupon which said two foot long subs for $12.99. I go there, I get the sandwiches made, and then I present the coupon. The total came out to $26 and some change. I looked at the cashier and said that's not right, but she said the coupon is not working.I reviewed the coupon with her; the expiration date was 8/27/2023, so it was still valid.Then the cashier calls her boss on her cell phone, they are speaking quickly in Spanish (basically I didn't understand what they were communicating to each other); then she has me talk to her boss on the phone; the boss says, "sorry, this doesn't work for certain meats"; and I said, "where does it say that on the coupon? It doesn't say that; I can just leave the sandwiches at the store and go elsewhere."; at that point, she says she wants to talk to the cashier.In the mean time, I have a line forming behind me. Without exaggeration, the whole ordeal took more than 30 minutes...I saw two people waiting in line just leave the store (and I was starting to feel bad)...at the end, they charged me $16.40 (which was absolutely wrong, basic math tells you if something is $12.99, let's just call it $13.00 to make it simple, and you apply a 10% tax to it, the cost should be $14.30) but I paid it instead of arguing any longer. Unfortunately, the cashier wasn't well versed in English, and I'm not well versed in Spanish, so it was a struggle.Hopefully this store can honor coupons at the correct price and have folks that can communicate with customers if a problem arises. Suffice to say, I will not be going back to this Subway for quite some time, if ever.
