Yikes. This would be a 1-star review if the kid helping us didn’t give us a free soda for running out of onion. We first asked for new lettuce on our sandwich because the lettuce was brown. He dumped the old lettuce all over our sandwich. He then coated my sandwich in mayo, despite me deliberately saying light mayo. And there was a messy table with a half eaten sub dirty napkins all over. Not great, even for just a quick bite after shopping.

Purchase the BMT on the Monterey cheddar, and it was amazing best I've had in years of going to Subway. My husband did also, and it was just as good.

Ana was the most rude Subway employee I have ever encountered at any restaurant. Terrible service. Will never come back to this location. Go to the other location in Leesburg.

The girl there was so rude . She warmed up the cheese too much in fact burnt it . When we asked her to do something for us she was showing too much attitude as if we haven’t paid and was also not polite . She said it’s your fault because you asked for too much cheese ?And then she said nothing and I stood there for 7 mins after which she came back and threw the box with anger at the back and made another one. Thanks for thatBut one should talk to the customer nicely .

The app wasn't updated with their holiday hours while others in the area were and said they were open. When I arrived at 10:50 the person inside said the are not opening until 11. I said ok I will come back at 11. They confirmed. I came back at 11 and they didn't come back out until 11:05 while I waited. I finally called from my phone because they told me to come back at 11. They then came out front and said they aren't going to open until 12. I was polite and patiently asked why they told me to come back at 11 and knew I'd be waiting. They snapped at me nastily and said they slept in... which is fine but don't tell me to my face in person to come back at 11 if you know you aren't going to open until 12. They were nasty and dismissive and I will never come back to this location again if they have this much rudeness and disregard for their customers.

My sandwich wasn’t bad, however the whole time it was being made the two women conversed with one another. The other thing that made me uncomfortable was that neither one of them were wearing a mask. I have had Covid and I really don’t want it again so I would like to know that the people who are that close and making my food are protecting Customers by wearing one.

Very bad customer service the lady cannot speak English enough to take my order I have to continue to repeat myself not once not twice but 4 to 5 times have to look for the workers very slow and the microwave does not work so how can you sell food if your oven or microwave does not work they need to close this subway down.

Bread and toppings are fresh. Store is clean Employees are friendly but sometimes hard to understand.

Person working there cannot speak English well enough to take an order, doesn't close the sandwiches up and shoved 3 orders in 1 bag so had to get an extra bag, opened the bag the food falls right on the floor and NO ONE offered to remake it or apologize for any of the issues had ordering, or checking out. Which btw had to be done twice with the assistance of the other employee while the line piled up. Waste of $26!!
