I liked the atmosphere a lot, not crowded just the way I like it. I'm not big fan of donuts but I see they have good variety of them. As for the cold drinks, they do have what most people expect coffee shop to have. Check the picture for more.

Great local donut shop that's a step above your run-of-the-mill Dunkin Donuts (especially given B Doughnuts just closed shop). The quality is good, if a bit greasy, plus they offer gluten free and vegan options too. We didn't try the coffee so I may have to update when we visit again. The donuts are very fresh and delicious with normal flavors like glaze, chocolate, sprinkle, and cinnamon sugar, plus premium flavors like oreo cookie, maple bacon, Samoa, and sea salt caramel. My kids all loved the chocolate sprinkle donuts and the chocolate vanilla iced too. A few varieties already sold out, which I will talk as a GOOD sign! This Sugar Shack is also modern and very spacious with orange decor and lots of seating available. Plenty of parking around the shop which help for quick donut runs! Service was okay, gentleman behind the counter wasn't super friendly but we were in and out so it didn't ruin the visit.

Very delicious donuts. They have a wider offering of Vegan friendly and gluten free options as well. Nice interior aesthetic is welcoming.

This is my third and last time getting stale doughnuts. They should have better quality and service for the prices they are charging.

YESSSS. BE STILL MY VEGAN HEART. This place is so cute, the server there was so wonderful. We got 1/2 dozen and the Samoa was by far my favorite. YUMMMM. I WASNTED A DECAF COFFEE & they made me an americano and threw some almond milk in there for me. They had raw sugar as well. Love it! Love this place! Give them your money! Lol.

I love this place! I've been dairy free for a few months and I was so excited to find out they have MANY vegan options. I'll hit them up whhen every I have a sweet tooth craving...which is alot

So GOOD. Salted Caramel is amazing. French Toast...also amazing. Vanilla Sprinkles! They need mini donuts so you can try more flavors at once

Went there this morning prior to going into the office

We’ve given this place two chances. Each time we were thoroughly disappointed. Dry and hard donuts. Not warm, not fresh. The workers were not helpful. We were so excited to get a famous donut shop here but definitely not up to standard. Dunkin Donuts is even much better then this place.

Such delicious donuts. They are massive and delightful. Recommend the yeast over the cake however

Yesterday I was with my kids at the tailor across the sugar shack donuts and of course they ask me to go, it was past 5pm, we went to check if they still open, but they close at 5pm. The door was locked but the employee ask me to wait. When he came to the door he have 3 servings of the donuts holes!!! We were super surprised and grateful for his gesture, I ask him how much I owed him and he respond nothing. One more time people is kind and have a big heart. We are going to be back for sure, the donut holes were delicious!!!! Thanks to the employee, who have the extra mile showing his kindness.

Tried out the sugar shack donuts and was not disappointed! The service was wonderful! We went around noon and by that point a lot of the flavor choices were sold out for the day so I would recommend going earlier than us! The young man behind the counter was super polite and helpful! As for the donuts themselves, the yeast donuts were super delicious, fluffy, and soft. I got two cake donuts and they were crunchy so keep that in mind if you want to try the cake donuts, they're more crumbly and crunchy than other cake donuts.

Donuts were just okay. Samoa was good, as was salted caramel. The chocolate cake was hard as a rock, which was surprising since we went first thing in the AM. Disappointing. Maybe it was just an off day?

I bought cake donuts around 10 am on a Sunday morning (chocolate and a pumpkin spice). I don't know if they were old, stale or what, but the chocolate one was crunchy, not moist, and left a greasy after taste. By the time I got home, the other donut was rock hard. I ended up throwing it away. I can't imagine that's what they're supposed to be like, but I would never buy another one. Literally any other donut would have been better (Wegmans, Dunkin', case at 7/11, box from the grocery store, day old leftovers at a homeless shelter... You get the picture.)

I just had my first donut from Sugar Shack Donuts, and it was the best donut I have ever had. Excellent friendly service too!
