Normally, I'm not a cupcake person. Even if I do have one, I usually scrape off the frosting because it's just too sweet for my taste. But let me tell you, Sweetz Bakery has completely blown me away. Their cupcakes are hands down the best I've ever had. They're unbelievably moist, and the frostings are perfectly balanced, not overly sugary. There's something about their cupcakes that makes them stand out from the rest. It's such a bummer that I only found out about them now, and they're closing down soon. I'll definitely be on the lookout to see if they'll ever reopen in the future.

They advertise donuts but don't sell them in the morning. You have to preorder them I drove all this way just did not get donuts.

However, I’ve had a couple odd experiences here.First time I went there, all the employees were standing there with a confused look as if they’ve never seen a customer before.More recently my fiancé and I were considering them for our wedding. They told us that they are understaffed and they were unlikely to be able to fulfill the order. Which left us baffled because they are in business to sell cupcakes. If somebody came into my cupcake business to buy 100 cupcakes I would find a way to bake the freaking cupcakes.This place needs to figure it out.

Love Sweetz Bakery!!!! Been a fan a long time. I go out of my way to buy their most amazing cupcakes.
The staff was rude AF...the croissants were stale...most of the prices are very steep.. a few things definitely could be worked on here...UPDATE: 10/28/2022 No, this was a legit complaint from an individual who purchased stale food and received horrible service.. I've worked in retail and food establishments for the better part of 20yrs, not once has a supervisor told the customer they were wrong about whatever they weren't happy with.. if I could give you no stars, I would...a bit dense aren't ya

It's okay as it says. Saturday morning had almost all of the good stuff picked off by 11am. Stick to Dolce and Ciabatta if you want to get the croissant and a roll.Otherwise, it was a delicious cupcake

They offered gluten free and vegan options. There is also a cupcake vending machine out front, should you want one during their non-operating hours. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely got back.

Made a trip out to use their new cupcake vending machine, because... they have a cupcake vending machine. It's located right outside their storefront and available 24/7 for your cupcake cravings. Although we couldn't get it to work, everything ended up being fine because the store was open anyway, and the cupcakes inside cost less. The lady behind us got the machine to work by inserting her chip card instead of tapping it on the reader like we did.The amaretto cupcake was delicious. ?

I will never come back again, they’re always out of cronuts. I was told we’re out, sorry and yet the people in front of me ordered them and they were able to get them. I heard the baker saying to them that’s the last time I let you have cronuts without placing an order. I asked for one cronut and was told I have to place an order. Favoritism all around!I’m not sure why having a business if you’re always out of product, and running out so early. Make enough product, use your production plan and bake accordingly based on day to day sales projections.
