When I ask for them to put avocado ranch inside my burrito they put very small amount that you can barely even taste and they only put it at the end of the burrito, and I asked for fire sauce for my food and they only gave my 2 packets, I was very upset because they normally give a lot of packets, the guy was new maybe that why, but I was disappointed.

The window personnel are usually very friendly but sometimes they are very curt and throw meal numbers at you like you should know what they are. The kitchen staff sometimes functions on auto-pilot and put things on that we specifically request for there to NOT be there. It is very frustrating to get home and find that someone's entire meal was made incorrectly. Management is generally willing to make it right with a positive attitude. What I didn't realize when I was given the coupons to make the last messed up meal right, it wasn't what I would have ordered (a supreme taco versus a regular taco). In order to get our next meal done correctly, I may have to go into the restaurant to order our food.
Person working drive through should really just get a new job. So rude and off putting , reddish brownish hair. Type of person that makes u hate spending your money here. Get a new shift or job girly.

Ordered a Crunchwrap with a sweet ice tea. First guy took my order wrong and second lady (Ana cabrera) that came to “help” offended us and was being rude saying my parents can’t speak English and why bother ordering in it she immediately took it back knowing that is not okay to say. Very bad experience for just a simple snack.

Got some real jagaloons working here now. Don’t much care for the new blonde guy who threw our food at us at the drive thru for no reason. Had to come inside to get an item remade and he couldn’t have been more rude about that too. Who is this new guy?

Found a hair in my grilled cheese burrito and they forgot to give me 2 sauces I paid for even after it took a while for them to get my order out.

No idea about the food. Sat in drive through for ten minutes while some car was parked and blocking the drive through with some kid dancing around in front of the order menu. Gave a little honk and they still didn't move. Didn't appear to be ordering. This is completely unacceptable. Deal with loiterers. This is a restaurant. Act like it.
