The store manager, Tuan, on multiple occasions has been extremely rude and dismissive of my complaints as a customer. Food is consistently created improperly, and when I have escalated the situation to Tuan, he's been majorly dismissive. Creates a hostile work environment. Tuan needs to be terminated with haste, as he's making the experience at this store a rather nasty one.

Maybe the service isn’t the best but the quality of the food has been very fresh. Even the hard shells. I’m always very kind at the drive through. I always get some of the best if not the best quality Taco Bell here

Got there 10 minutes before close for drive through would not answer or say anything. There was person in front of me when I pull up. The person left and they shot the screen and would take my order

They don’t put much of meat inside your tacos, they also try to cover it with a lot of lettuce. All you’re paying for is the shell and lettuce.

Its Taco Bell so it is what it is. The food was good for fast food. Used the drive through so can't comment on cleanliness or anything like that. I got a chalupa and the shell wasn't stale or hard so that's definitely a positive

Fix the pothole outside before you get sued by a rich person. I’ve seen two flat tires because of that pothole in front of your restaurant.

I ordered pickup via Uber eats and I have a broken foot so I went through the drive thru and asked if I could stay in the car because of my broken foot and they said no I needed to come into the lobby. I had to wait 15 minutes in that drive thru line (there was no exit to leave the line), park and put on my walking boot, go inside, and the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, and had me wait another 25 minutes for my small order (a burrito, taco and a freeze) even though I could literally see the bag with my name on it sitting on their shelf, sealed, and an empty cup next to it. Multiple times I tried to get their attention to say my order was right there, just needed the drink to be filled, and they said I needed to be patient and wait my turn... I had been very patient and polite and they were so rude to me for no reason. Meanwhile in the Uber app is says “your order is ready for pickup”. I finally got my food over 45 minutes after the time it said it was ready, and of course my food was cold by then. So frustrating and disappointing, im never going to this location again. Also my food was ridiculously expensive, $22 for those 3 things….
