The drive thru is truly just SO slow. I've waited to leave a poor review (because I don't like doing it), but over and over again I am taken aback by how slow the drive thru traffic moves. It's genuinely one car every 5 minutes at fastest, and often almost 10 minutes per car... not to mention that you will also wait at the speaker for the same 5-10 minutes, often when there are no cars in front of you. It may be a staffing issue, but the experience is just atrocious. And consistently. But hey, the food is fine, typical taco bell level, so 2 stars of 5 I guess. Management needs to figure out how to fix the systemic problem here, it can't possibly be that hard.

Terrible service, us Drivers, when we go to pick up a customer's order, the food is given when they feel like it, and when the food is already there, I don't know what's happening. I see a lot of drivers who are going to be stopped for up to 30 minutes and it's not exactly busy. When it is busy but they are still very slow and they talk a lot, a lot of noise with the music ? that they play apart from the one in the restaurant, they talk a lot, they have to pay more attention to the customer, paying attention to the Drivers when they go to pick up the food, I say it. because I have seen it with my eyes ? why not give the orders to the Drivers when they already have it ready why will they do it that is my question I hope ? the owner of the restaurant sees my review because it is not fair to wait more than 30 minutes on an order when it is not busy and the worst thing is that they get angry when you ask them for the order in case they do not take the work seriously because if we go to pick up the orders they send us it is because it is our job!

Service and time has gone down in the past couple months. The time to get your food is incredibly slow waiting 25-35 minutes in the drive thru during busy hours. I don’t have any issues with the actual food which comes out well, just the wait times.
