This was surprisingly good. Old school diner. Nothing crazy, just good ole breakfast eats. We’ll be back.

Went for lunch on a school-off day, restaurant was about half full (6-8 tables with families), took about 30 minutes to make 2 cheeseburgers and a waffle after we were seated and ordered, food was bland, service was slow and we had to track down to ask for more condiments, waiter awkwardly held credit card scanner while waiting for me to sign and 20% was lowest default option for a tip.
This was the second chance we gave it after ownership changed hands and had a similar experience the first time.

This was our first time here and as much as I'd like to give a better review, my experience was not that great. We did love the I overall feel of diner and we were greeted and treated nice. The reason for the low rating was the food. Apparently, we came right when s big order was placed and our order got bumped down. We didn't receive our food for over an hour and fifteen minutes and when we got it, it was cold. We ended up getting meal free but we took that food home, reheated and it was delicious.
My suggestion: if this happens for other guests, it would be great to let them know so that they are not waiting too long. It also would help to make sure that when serving food late that the customer's food is fresh and hot.
We might be back again soon and maybe then offer a better (follow-up) rating. I do believe in second chances. The waitresses were great though. I wish I remembered their names. They were very polite and apologetic and I still wanted to pay for my portion but they would not let me.

The place is cute but seating is very uncomfortable. Food took forever and they weren't even busy (maybe 4 tables). I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup and one side of the sandwich was toasted and the other side was like they just pulled it out of bread bag. The tomato soup was like weak vegetable broth that a tomato walked by and whispered 'tomato'. My husband and dad both found hair in their food. Will not be back.

Breakfast potatoes are not breakfast potatoes, they’re more like potato chips. Friend got a bfast sandwich with sausage on english muffin, and muffin was burned and it had bacon instead of sausage - and they didn’t even comp coffee. Server was very nice but the place overall is unimpressive.

Love the place, the food, but the service is a huge problem here. Beyond long food wait time. Servers are slow too. Not attentive. Salt and sugar or utensils should be always on their mind.

Really the best place to eat breakfast in the historic district in Leesburg. Great old timey diner on King Street. Great atmosphere and service. Oozes charm! (I did write this after the Mimosa Flight) You can't really tell from the outside. Food delish! Kaitlyn was awesome!!!
This is a decent standard diner. No better than the 4th best option downtown. The food was average, the service was very poor(42 minutes from when we placed our order to when the food arrived), and the restaurant was hot and uncomfortable.
