My last experience going to this store was horrible. The store was empty, I ordered my smoothie, and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes while all the employees were in the back on their phones. I tried to get their attention several times, and they continued on their phones and wouldn’t respond to me. It was 35 minutes of waiting in an empty store, and when I finally got their attention and demanded a refund, they claimed they “forgot my order.” I asked for a refund again and they refused to provide a refund and began to make my smoothie, which made me wait longer. I will never return to this store again.

I love coming to this location but whenever Stephanie (I believe is her name) is the cashier I regret coming in. The way her customer service attitude is, makes me feel like I’m in the wrong for coming in the store. I hear the way she speaks to other customers and it’s very rushed with no emotion in her voice, seems like she hates her job. Also, I didn’t know tropical smoothie lets their employees dress like they just got out of bed. Hopefully the store manager corrects this behavior, it’s unpleasant.

I love tropical smoothie, especially their açaí bowls. However, I had a pretty disappointing experience this morning. I placed a mobile order through the app and the service was great, order was ready on the shelf when I arrived. When I came home and started eating my bowl, I found a hair inside. I already contacted the store manager and was given a refund, but just be careful when ordering from this location in the future.

A bunch of kids making food and smoothies and their new rule of giving less in the cup cz you requested to not add more ice. Already expensive smoothie and will be less in the cup if you omit ice or ask m to make it half. They are selling shaved ice with some fruit which is frozen.

I hesitate to go in this location because the service is always bad but figured it would be good this time as the parking lot and inside were empty. Nope! Had a girl glare at me while I stood at the counter. Not a 'hello, I'll be right with you' or even a word. Just a 'go away' look'. I eventually left when it was clear she had no intention of helping me at all. The GM should be aware this attitude is hurting your business. The lady at the grill felt bad and kept looking over at the girl as if that would spur her on to help me. I will be telling everyone I can not to go to that one as the service is consistently terrible. So many other places around. GM please do something!!

If you are in a hurry and it's right around opening expect to have to wait for them to open and get set up, they often aren't really ready to serve for 10-15 minutes after the started opening times based on the last few times I've been there.

Had to take my kid to the ER last night after plastic ingestion that came from the cup! He told me he swallowed something hard, when I went to try it there was plastic that looked like glass blended into the smoothie. CHECK YOUR KIDS CUPS!! went to the store to confront them and all they had was an I’m sorry with no explanation! Super disappointing

The workers at this location were not very friendly and did not seem like they wanted to be there. The cashier was wearing headphones. I had a coupon I received that day via email that they didn't know how to redeem.
This location needs a revamp - seems dirty and has bad lighting on the inside, hasn't been updated in the 8 years I've been living here.
