Used to come he was often. Food was OK however lunch prices, imo, are now very high. Can't justify $16.95 for pho, spring roll and hot tea. Less than half that in Fairfax county for same. No thanks in the future. Will go elsewhere.

Having just recently moved to the area I was looking for a local pho spot, I tried their pho and it was bland and the portions were extremely small which was so disappointing. But what made me not want to come back here or recommend this place to friends is the poor service. They never answer their phones, and to place my order I had to do it through doordash and pay an extra fee because no one answered after I called 5 times. I got there within 20 min and still was told it will be another 30 min. They had me wait at a table and there was a nail clipping on the table. When it came time to pick up the order, rather than bring the order out to me, they called me across the restaurant (not even by my name lol) and gave it to me with no "sorry it was late" or anything (I had already paid online so they could have easily just brought it out to me). I was told it was going to be 15 min and it took almost an hour for one order of pho. There were only 2 other parties seated inside so it's not like it was peak dinner time. If it was good food and good service I wouldn't even care about how long it took. I expected a lot more based on their reviews, but will not visit again.

It took 1 hour and 25 minutes for our food . The service was terrible as well . Our friend recommended this place , so I thought we would it a try .. we did not get a fair level of service . They sat us down . Took the order and it took an hour plus for our food . Pho was tasteless like instant pack of pho . No flavor . I ordered banh hoi thit nuong, and the banh hoi came out super dried and hard . I asked for a replacement and they took the place back to the kitchen and .. for 35 minutes , they came back out with the similar dried up banh hoi We were all very disappointed. Never come back to this restaurant

We go there pretty often and food is good overall but they need to improve their service. One of the waiter has some attitude problems, he looks an happy and arguing with the customers . He needs learn better way to dealing customers and professionally.

I have come here three times and my last two times i have been significantly disappointed because of having to order carry out. this evening we made sure to go early enough to be able to eat in and sure enough they are “short staffed” and we had to order carry out again. it is really inconvenient when you drive to a pho location and you expect to be able to sit and enjoy your dinner but you always have to order carry out here. Also when placing my order the waiter says “is that everything” i had only said an order of summer rolls and he said that then after i put in my order he asked and hadn’t even received an order from the person with me.

Well, I can't tell you what the food was like because I was refused dine-in.I arrived well before closing. There were 3 dine-in parties eating already. After waiting 5 minutes at the door to be seated, I was told that they're only going carryout.It's a really bad look when others are eating and then you say that you can't serve me while others have been served.I was a party of 1 mind you. I just wanted 1 pho.
Maybe I ordered too early 12PM, but the chicken didn’t look or taste normal, the pho was cold, noodles were a very small amount, and over all just not good. Definitely better Pho places in the area

This place may just be my favorite restaurant in NOVA. They are very friendly and give good portions with hardy vegetables for a reasonable price. I personally love how they don't overdo it when they add sauces to their dishes. My favorite is a tasty chicken dish with crunchy fried noodles, but I love everything I have ever tried from them. Truly a gem!

Best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had! One of the few places I’ve eaten at that knows how to prepare snow peas correctly (de-strung and not over cooked). Taro smoothie was also amazing! Highly recommend this place!

I think the place changed hands. The new people are hostile, the place looks very dirty. I walked in and made an immediate U turn. It’s sad to see a thriving business driven to the ground. Oh well it wouldn’t be the first or the last.

Website states closing time of 10pm. After a long 12 hr shift, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:25pm exactly. There were three tables occupied and open sign brightly lit. I was greeted with a "sorry we're closed". Not even a goodnight, how are you or how can I help. Please change your closure time on the website and take off your open sign! There's no consistency at this restaurant. Our organization orders quite often here, not anymore!
