My friend and me went in to celebrate, Christmas, New Year and my birthday. We hadn't seen each other in quite some time. I've been wanting a good medium rare steak for about a year and was looking forward to it. When we went to open the door to go in, it was locked and cold outside. We waited for what seemed like forever for our food, he kept saying where's our food ? Finally the server came out and said the cook had burned my steak through, but was making another one and would be out in about 30 seconds. About five minutes later the food came out, his noodles for his linguine had started getting hard from sitting and waiting on the steak and my steak, well, it was well done. I told the server and she said she would take it back and I said no I'm hungry and your cook doesn't know what medium rare is. I had about 6 bites and wrapped the rest for my dog. The server did take off the steak and it wasn't her fault but it was a very disappointing experience to say the least. Will I go there again ? Probably not.

We ate Christmas lunch here, and the service was the best I've ever had at any restaurant. Her name is Ellieana, and it turns out she is the manager. Even though she was the only one in the front, she handled everything in an awesome, upbeat and friendly manner. Kudos to her!

Will never go back to eat here, the place is disgusting they have cockroaches in the kitchen. The food is not what it use to be, The manager is an absolute nightmare. Feel sorry for anyone working under ariel clark. She has absolutely run this place into the ground. My server Haley was rude and never brought my table our drinks or our check. Would highly recommend finding elsewhere to eat!

A server decided to turn offs TV’s during guests having drinks and eating. The server yelled at costumers for complaining. The Manager came out and decided he was call police, This place is not worth going to jail for. We left and no tip. I always tip $20.00 every where I go. I do apologize to the bartender that did not get a tip this night she knows $20. that’s what I tip., the employees of the restaurant as a whole reflects the tip. The special part is when the manager wants to come out and say I’m calling the cops because you ask why the TV’s you are watching are being turned off. I spend money to play music, I spend money for food, I like whiskey, and buy a couple or a few shots.”Yes I have a DD.” And I drink the Vienna. So the average night I spend $100. To $175. But the manager decides the waitress needs his attention. You go boy. Any one have recommendations for a place where I don’t get yelled at for having a good evening?

This is what a portion of salmon looks like at this restaurant… Half the size that other restaurants like Applebee’s normally serve. I think the management of this restaurant needs to manage their employees better.

Original waitress was more worried about standing around then actually give us our food and silverware. Waited for 15 minutes for silverware and a salad which as was ridiculous. Had really nice waitress that was already cut for the night help us. Asked for boxes and had waited a good 15 minutes. The pasta that was served was cold. They mess with the receipt three times to make sure it was right. The original waitress did not wash her hands after leaving the bathroom. I never post stuff with the food industry as I am a part of it. But as someone who taken variety of food safety test and allergens test this is ridiculous. It has been at least 10 minutes to get our receipt again after the bill was way off and charged for stuff we did not get.
Got our last recipe after another 10 minutes the orginial waitress had the audacity to circle the tips like she deserved them. Yes we did leave a tip. Just wish the second waitress got the tips.

Absolutely terrible! DONT COME HERE!😡They can’t steak cook Unless you want it raw or overcooked. Brought the appetizer out with the entrées, frozen and cold. Took 35 minutes to bring back out wonton tacos. First steak raw, second steak, overcooked, Doused in butter. 3rd Might be the Charm I doubt it. 2 hours later. I’m so hungry or I would have left. DO NOT COME HERE! Go to RUBY TUESDAY INSTEAD😁

We had dinner, waitress was great. I had coffee, but it was so old, I asked her to take it back, there was no offer to make more. Dinner was meh.. The new cheeseburger, he said it wasn't all that. I had the chicken with honey and fries, but the fries tasted like grease. The booth we had the table was way to close and im small.. Maybe we will try lunch time, maybe it will be better.

Did not receive garlic bread with my pasta meal. When I asked about it, the lady who brought the pasta said she would tell my server. She never did. My server came by several minutes later and when I asked about the bread she got irritated the lady who brought the meal out didn't bring it to me. Food tasted pretty good. Silverware was stuck to napkin so I had to get a replacement set. Clean restroom

Not a great experience at this Applebees unfortunately. Fries came out old but our server was nice enough to bring us fresh fries. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, almost like a truck stop. Not your typical expectation of Applebees
