If only this were the first time we have had problems here. Although other Arby’s locations will gladly sub turkey for the other meats available on the gyro, this one will never do it. That’s fine, though; maybe the other locations were going the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I would’ve found something else from the menu, but this is the second time we’ve been told that there were no burgers thawed, and my BF really wanted a burger. We left. It was 3:30 p.m., so when were they planning to thaw the burgers? Anyway, there was no apology or offer of something else. This is typical of the apathetic employee attitude in this Arby’s. There were no other customers either inside or at the Drive-thru. Perfect time to be defrosting those burgers.

Bought a half pound beef n cheddar and a corned beef Reuben. The Reuben had only thoughts of corned beef!

We got off Highway 81 and traveled to this location. We got 2 shakes, one chocolate and one jamoka. They were not cheap! Neither came with enough flavoring. The shakes also had a weird taste. Needless to say we didn't drink much and threw the shakes away. Horrible. We were on an 18 hour drive and this have us a stomach ache. Needless to say never again. Stay away from this place, especially their shakes. Made us sick as a dog for 12 hours! Thanks Arby's for a memorable trip!

Food here was okay... not the best Arby's I've had, not the worst. The bread tasted a bit stale. Otherwise, the young lady was pleasant enough when taking our order and we didn't have to wait too long. It was a quick dinner while traveling through the area, so all in all not a bad experience.

It's not busy, it's Tuesday night, somehow I'm sitting in my car waiting 20 minutes for 1 sandwich, fries and Mac n cheese bites... miraculously I walk in and they've had it ready, just been too stupid and busy grab assing to bring it out to me.

Today was the 2nd time I have been to this location where they were out of roast beef. 'we've been really busy' the woman said in a rather short tone. While I can understand being out between say, 3 to 4pm, when you are between meal rushes, being out of roast beef at 1:30 is not the greatest look, especially when that is the staple item. I work food service, I understand things happen, I didn't become reproachful, but that attitude and this being the 2nd time this has happened in a few months (and I arrived at 12 noon last time, not even what would be considered later for a lunch rush) means I probably won't be coming back here. Unfortunate.

I order online I live 20 + minutes away I get there get my food they forgot my order give me something completely different from what I order then they give me my food I get on and have of my wast in there so I proceed to drive back and the window person was asking to bring back the food after I drove another 20+ minutes Total unacceptable

I had an issue with the app.I ordered ahead for pickup but they didn't have my order on screen.I sat in the lobby and re-did it. Went up to the counter and they said I had two orders...! I paid twice!Ridiculous.
