I recently had a bad trip to Arby’s I’m not sure if it was just a busy day or what but it wasn’t a good experience. I received a thing for two free sandwiches because of this and I used those tonight. They redeemed themselves greatly. Delicious food. Thank you for dinner!

we’re regulars and this is now the worst place and staff in lexington!!! seems like they got a whole new staff… very rude.. food was old and disgusting! bugs inside the foyer as soon as you walk in. so dirty. and they don’t know how to talk to people especially the new general manager that took over and the blonde headed lady needs a new job!! she’s obviously a higher up. what happened to this location??? will never be back!! i would give ZERO stars if i could. also came here about a week ago and they was closed 10 minutes early!! all the light were off and no one answered me at the speaker. don’t waste your time here. the ladies that were here before really knew how to run this place it’s since went down hill!

Order is rarely correct. We always order the double roast beef and Greek gyro just as they come. They give me the beef and cheddar, the Greek gyro is given plain. When our order is correct it's really good. We never order beef and cheddar. Wait time is usually a bit much also especially when you've pre-ordered with the app.

“We have the meats” my ass! A couple weeks ago I came to this location to try the new ham and Swiss melts, 2 for $7. They were great. Good deal, looked just like the ads. Today I went back, same location, roughly the same time of day, and got the same thing. There was hardly any ham at all on both my sandwiches! That is some insanely lax quality control. Felt like a total rip-off.

If only this were the first time we have had problems here. Although other Arby’s locations will gladly sub turkey for the other meats available on the gyro, this one will never do it. That’s fine, though; maybe the other locations were going the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I would’ve found something else from the menu, but this is the second time we’ve been told that there were no burgers thawed, and my BF really wanted a burger. We left. It was 3:30 p.m., so when were they planning to thaw the burgers? Anyway, there was no apology or offer of something else. This is typical of the apathetic employee attitude in this Arby’s. There were no other customers either inside or at the Drive-thru. Perfect time to be defrosting those burgers.
Bought a half pound beef n cheddar and a corned beef Reuben. The Reuben had only thoughts of corned beef!

We got off Highway 81 and traveled to this location. We got 2 shakes, one chocolate and one jamoka. They were not cheap! Neither came with enough flavoring. The shakes also had a weird taste. Needless to say we didn't drink much and threw the shakes away. Horrible. We were on an 18 hour drive and this have us a stomach ache. Needless to say never again. Stay away from this place, especially their shakes. Made us sick as a dog for 12 hours! Thanks Arby's for a memorable trip!

Food here was okay... not the best Arby's I've had, not the worst. The bread tasted a bit stale. Otherwise, the young lady was pleasant enough when taking our order and we didn't have to wait too long. It was a quick dinner while traveling through the area, so all in all not a bad experience.
