I couldn’t recommend this lovely dream
Bistro enough . They had a very good selection of wines and plenty of choices for fine dining.

Five member of our family dined twice at the Bistro during our week in Lexington. The fact that we returned the last night we were in town is a tribute to the food and service during our first visit. All ordered something different and all were delighted with the food. On both of our visits, the server (different people on the two visits) was outstanding. They went out of their way to be accommodating.

Very friendly service, great food and nice atmosphere. The bacon jam sauce on the rib eye was yummy and the bread pudding was oh so delicious !

Our dinners are delicious. Our waitress was incredible!!! She offered suggestions, was timely, friendly and a great waitress (unfortunately I forgot her name).

Nice restaurant! Service was great and food was good. Two things about our experience: our drinks weren't delivered until after our appetizers and the glass delivered with a bottle of beer was very warm, as was the glass that a soda was delivered in. We felt as if they had just come out of the dishwasher. The soda was okay because there was ice in the glass, but our friend opted to drink the beer out of the bottle and not pour it into a very warm glass. About the food: Two of our party thought the rice pilaf and the chard dishes that came with their entree were bland.

We had a wonderful experience and dinner. Food was great along with service and entire staff.

Two couples for dinner. We were greeted by several staff members and immediately shown to our table. The service was attentive. The food was exceptional. We unknowingly stayed 15 minutes past their closing time, but were not bothered by the staff to leave. We apologized as we left.

We had our last dining experience there at the Bistro celebrating our youngest graduation. We were glad to be accommodated as we had a different reserved time on such a busy time of year. Food was delicious and the staff pleasant and professional. We thank them for a lovely evening. Next time we are Lexington, we hope to dine with them again.

We were visiting Lexington and decided to try this place and were not disappointed. Small menu but the food is delicious. I ordered shrimping grits and it was memorable. I can't wait to go back and order this again on our next visit. Cozy small restaurant with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Overall, this was the best dining experience we had during our 3 days in Lexington. We had the gumbo and the special for that day, which was Shark on a rice/vegetable combination. For desert, the bread-pudding really impressed my son. He was still talking about it on the way home.

The food and service are first class!
The ambiance and feel of the restaurant provided a level of food quality and service you would experience at a Michelin Rated Star restaurant.

This was such a good meal all around. The baked brie, beer bread, crab cake and forbidden rice along with the perfectly cooked ribeye made for a great way to celebrate my birthday ! Will definitely be back snd recommend to anyone wanting that special, one of a kind meal.
