Five member of our family dined twice at the Bistro during our week in Lexington. The fact that we returned the last night we were in town is a tribute to the food and service during our first visit. All ordered something different and all were delighted with the food. On both of our visits, the server (different people on the two visits) was outstanding. They went out of their way to be accommodating.
Nice restaurant! Service was great and food was good. Two things about our experience: our drinks weren't delivered until after our appetizers and the glass delivered with a bottle of beer was very warm, as was the glass that a soda was delivered in. We felt as if they had just come out of the dishwasher. The soda was okay because there was ice in the glass, but our friend opted to drink the beer out of the bottle and not pour it into a very warm glass. About the food: Two...
Two couples for dinner. We were greeted by several staff members and immediately shown to our table. The service was attentive. The food was exceptional. We unknowingly stayed 15 minutes past their closing time, but were not bothered by the staff to leave. We apologized as we left.
