If u ask if they still have something and they tell u no then when I went to tell my son they didn't have it then the lady changed her story when I told him no they didn't have it when they are still advertising it on tv and in the menu board in side the store was very disappointed about it cause we both wanted that meal from there yesterday

This is an update to my original review of a few years ago and is a significant downgrade from that review.
I stopped in for lunch while my car was undergoing state inspection at Valvoline next door.
The first thing I noticed when I walked into Burger King was all the trash and food scraps on many of the tables and the floor. It was obvious that many of the previous customers that day were slobs who couldn't be bothered to clear their table and throw their trash out in one of the many trash cans in the restaurant. What was even worse was that none of the staff seemed to be interested in cleaning things up either.
The second thing I noticed was the amount of yelling and arguing going on among staff members. There is no reason for that kind of behavior in front of customers.
The third thing was my burger appeared to be thrown together by a 6 year old. Toppings were falling out of the burger, the burger itself was squashed, and very unappealing looking. I know the food in fast food restaurants never looks like it does in tv commercials, but this was bad. Fortunately, the fries, sweet tea, and strawberry shake were good.
I suppose I could have complained on my way out, but I just wanted to get out of there. I don't think I will be going back anymore.

Has the mushroom melt with fries and a whopper Jr. Tasted great and fast service. BK's burgers just hit different than other fast food places.

Very clean & very fast . Megan the cashier was very nice , helpful and well mannered . Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience in a fast food restaurant for me !

This was a busy place, but very efficient. Kept up with all the orders and kept the lines going.
