This is an update to my original review of a few years ago and is a significant downgrade from that review.
I stopped in for lunch while my car was undergoing state inspection at Valvoline next door.
The first thing I noticed when I walked into Burger King was all the trash and food scraps on many of the tables and the floor. It was obvious that many of the previous customers that day were slobs who couldn't be bothered to clear their table and throw their trash out in one of the many trash cans in the restaurant. What was even worse was that none of the staff seemed to be interested in cleaning things up either.
The second thing I noticed was the amount of yelling and arguing going on among staff members. There is no reason for that kind of behavior in front of customers.
The third thing was my burger appeared to be thrown together by a 6 year old. Toppings were falling out of the burger, the burger itself was squashed, and very unappealing looking. I know the food in fast food restaurants never looks like it does in tv commercials, but this was bad. Fortunately, the fries, sweet tea, and strawberry shake were good.
I suppose I could have complained on my way out, but I just wanted to get out of there. I don't think I will be going back anymore.

Has the mushroom melt with fries and a whopper Jr. Tasted great and fast service. BK's burgers just hit different than other fast food places.

Very clean & very fast . Megan the cashier was very nice , helpful and well mannered . Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience in a fast food restaurant for me !

The food was fresh and hot. The employees are friendly and greet as you walk in.
Parking: Plenty of parking near the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessibility.
Really quick, clean, polite. We haven't been to Burger King in years, we decided to make a pitstop at this one. I wish ours locally were as good as this location because we'd probably visit more often.
Kid-friendliness: Crowns for all!

Ordered a regular whopper on 06-12-24. Advised cashier(dishwasher) to leave off the lettuce, ketchup and tomato. Received an impossible whopper with everything on burger. Cashier shortchanged me couple bucks. Had to wait for Manager, Chris to exit the cooler. He asked about my burger and said, guy doesn't know what he is doing. Well, why is a dishwasher a cashier? Something to say about one of your employees. Cook asked if I had cheese on my whopper. I said, no but should be added since my whopper had to be made again. Manager Chris said, 50 cents more and technicality on wrong whopper. Was I in a courtroom? LOL! An elderly gentleman came in to order a small coffee. No coffee fixed . Charged the poor man 1.66 for a small coffee. Thought BK had senior coffee prices. Will never go into BK in LEX if I see this Manager working.

This was a busy place, but very efficient. Kept up with all the orders and kept the lines going.

I like the backwindows view. The food is good
