The food is usually okay. The drive thru staff are very rude. They basically just open the window and throw your food at you and slam the window shut without saying a single word or even a smile. Makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience that they have to do their job. It’s the same lady consistently so it isn’t just a bad day type of thing.

High price for lousy food. Doesn't look anything like pictures. Staff isn't friendly. 5 people including manager stood there for 4 minutes chatting while we waited at counter. One kid sitting his butt on front counter where you get food.

The place used to be good, food cooked to order last couple of times the Whopper (signature sandwich) was pre cooked, cold, tasted like it was sitting around for several hours.Service is friendly and efficient and the dining area and mens room are clean and well stocked. Felt like I would give them another try. Waiting for rest rooom I heard toilet flush and then immediately the door opened and someone came out. An employee who didnt even wash his hands. Filthy vermin.
I've got to find a place where burgers look like hamburgers & not like soy type & fake meat burgers.

**BEWARE**Went inside and ordered 2 Whopper Jr's a Chicken Wrap and a regular Whopper, everything was cold except the wrap.What they are doing is very unsafe and they could make someone seriously sick or worse. Food should be kept at 135° or above

Went through the drive through around 6 last night to order. There were 4 cars in the drive through at the time. When I got up to the speaker box to make my order and I was told it would be a 10 minute wait before he could take my order. I ended up sitting there for almost 20 minutes before I could order 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. The manager who took my order and helped me was super rude and definitely not professional. I waited over a half hour for 4 simple PLAIN sandwiches and still paid full price. For cold and old chicken!! Even the burgers were cold. Seriously this place needs help.

I come here frequently, I order the same thing every time; two orders of chicken fries and french fries. Everytime I ask for it to be made fresh, and every time I get my food the chicken fries are old, soggy and taste like they've been microwaved.
