Wanted an 8 piece box. The guy didn't have any wings. I asked if he would substitute a thigh for the two wings. NO! NO WAY! Has to be just the way it says on the menu. But I could pay for each individual piece. Which would be considerably more. We truckers get screwed enough for "convenience" they say. About as anal retentive as one can get I would say. Won't be stopping back

If I could give a negative rating I definitely would! The food was tough and burnt but most importantly the service was TERRIBLE Nathaniel took our order he was extremely rude he was dropping our food all because we asked him for the sauces that we paid for he then said all he hears is people complaining about not getting their sauces for the prices that are listed on the menu 100% DO NOT recommend eating here it’s a waste of money

We were in the area on vacation staying at a local hotel. Restaurants close to the hotel either had an hour long wait or were closed. IHOP was a better decision. No restaurant is worth an hour wait. Upon arrival at IHOP we were promptly seated and waited on. The waitress was great! She was a people person, warm, friendly, and attentive. We ordered quickly and were served quickly. The food was hot and good. The restaurant is clean with a friendly staff. It is not far from the hotels. I would definitely recommend this IHOP.

Where do I start :/ I’m very disappointed of this place. Ordered the 12 piece family dinner deal and went to sit down with my family to eat we started eating when we all just stared at each other and we realized the chicken was extremely RAWWW not just a couple chickens but all it’s very discussing. We all got food poisoning and to top it off we didn’t get an apology and can tell they didn’t wanna refund us :( just a warning to those truckers out there, don’t eat here the food is very dry and not the best. They need to close this place immediately!!!

Large delicious omelettes and crepes, excellent staff and service! Staff is friendly and quick to serve. Omelettes are delicious and huge. Crepes are very tasty and juicy. Highly recommended.

We have frequented this particular IHOP when it was Berky's Restaurant in the TA Truck Stop on US 11. They have done a very wonderful remodel of the old restaurant. Our server, Montana, was the best we have ever had the pleasure of serving us anywhere. She was pleasant, friendly and very efficient. She checked on us at least 4 times during our dinner here. The food was delicious, hoy and the portions were very good. This IHOP is highly recommended.

Alyssa was THE best waitress i have ever encountered. She even got my extremely shy 15 yo to converse with her. She told us about herself and inquired about us. Didnt mind sharing with her at all. Her beautiful smile & pleasant personality will take her very far in her endeavors. She seems to be a dependable & strong willed young lady. IHOP lexington u better hold onto this young lady bc she is def an asset to ur establishment.
Food temps were wayyy too low. Hardly Luke warm. Food poisoning waiting to happen.

Very different from any previous IHOP visits. No syrup on tables. I usually like a little of each on my pancake. We were asked which syrup we wanted in a "pick one" sort of way. Waitress had to be asked for more coffee. No pot for the table. Not great. Not what I think of when I think of IHOP.

Should know better than to get chicken at a truck stop! It was awful from the first bite! Chicken was flavorless and wasn't crisp. I ordered three sides because they looked good but all of them needed to be flavored more since they lacked taste! I don't like wasting food but ended up throwing half of it away!

Stoped here to use the bathroom and figured I’d grab something to eat while I was here. Huge mistake. Got the $6.99 deal with 2 chicken breasts a dinner roll, and potato wedges. Everything was dry and barely even warm anymore. Would not recommend food is nasty I only hate half before I threw it away and I didn’t even wanna waste it after paying $7 for a meal but it’s whatever.
