For starters, I think Chik-fil-A has the best quality fast food in the industry. Top that with a great atmosphere and thoughtfully designed stores, and you have a great brand. As for this particular restaurant, it was well-staffed, and although it was busy, our food came out, delivered to our table, in less than 3 minutes. The site was a bit too cold inside, so we went to the outside seating area. It had rained within the hour, so the seats were still wet. I gave a 4 for service because of the wet seats. Otherwise, the service was great, including the smiles and nice greeting.

Not up to chick fil standards. Order was incorrect. Had to go back in to restaurant and server was not very nice when I asked to get my missing items. I brought receipt in to show that it was requested.

Happily Retired

Awesome breakfast. Waaay better than the Dunkin next door. So glad we decided to try it after being told at the Dunkin they were short staffed and not serving food. Win for Chick FIL A 😋

Traveling to New York from Arkansas and made a quick breakfast run before getting back on the road. The young man taking the order was kind but when we pulled up to receive our food, we were greeted by the manager and she was extremely rude. No greeting and acted like she was afraid to approach our vehicle to scan the phone for payment. When the food came out, my sausage bowl was cold with little cheese or sausage. We brought it to her attention and she agreed, it didn’t look like extra sausage and said that whoever placed the order didn’t add it to the ticket. We informed her, we would still like and for cheese to be added. She opened my food and looked at it a couple minutes, they didn’t even try to make it more appealing. It was cold and hardly had sausage on it. We spent 60 dollars total on breakfast. I’ve patronized multiple chick filas but this was the worse experience we’ve ever encountered! I would never return to that location and don’t recommend other to!
