We stopped here on a long road trip. Bathrooms were clean, service was fast. It was the best Chick-Fil-A sandwich we have ever had- looked like it came right out of a commercial and tasted amazing! Would highly recommend this location to others!

Iāve stopped here for takeout more than 10 times over the past few years while I stop and charge my car and Iāve brought my small dog in with me every time, always carrying her. This time, Iām not sure if she was the manager but the older woman working was extremely rude and yelled at us to get out with our dog. Thereās much nicer ways to communicate and clearly a lack of consistency in their policies. Will not be stopping here in the future. Treat your customers better and put a sign outside if itās an issue. No other chick fil a has ever said anything and they always offer us treats for her.

I walked here for dinner with my family after plugging in my car at the Tesla Supercharger at the hotel across the street.
Great experience. Ordered a variety of items on the chick fil an app for table service and they all arrived promptly.
Staff were friendly as always with chick fil a. Nice location and I look forward to dining here if Iām ever back in Lexington again.

Homestead daddy
Great stop, even from 81. Heading home we always stop here because its not far from 81 and its a great place for our kids to run around and stretch their legs. This location has a very nice indoor play area. Not a top pick for a bad gluten allergy but works for the rest of the family. Got to love the great customer service and fast food.

Drive-thru can be a bit tricky because they are not always amazingly accurate, but they are very kind and helpful.
Adding today (11/6/25) we placed a mobile order, picked it up, got home, only to discover that my grilled chicken club had been turned into a BLT because they forgot my CHICKEN. I know mistakes happen, but how do you forget that?? They did credit us, but Iām honestly floored. And unfortunately, it comes on a box, so it isnāt easy to look in the bag to check.
