It seems like Chick-fil-A is always good wherever you find them and this visit was no exception. The drive thru line moved quickly with good service and the food came out warm and fresh and up to their usual good standard. If course we'll be back!

What’s the point of mobile through when they make you merge into the regular lane. Sauces aren’t always in the bag as your order specifies. Cool wraps with barely any chicken in it. Paying for mostly lettuce. Disappointed.

Have been coming several times of week for doordash orders are never ready was there yesterday for a lemonade frosty one thing waited 15 minutes to he acknowledged 20 min total for order they really need to work on the doordash orders they are a priority not just for us but for customer

This Chick-fil-A opened in December 2023 and was (as expected) mobbed initially. However, after several months have passed, I enjoy this Chick-fil-A because it is less crowded and less of a bee-hive than most Chick-fil-As. My wife and I live in Lexington, and we always choose to dine in. Our experiences have been 100% positive - good food, friendly service, clean tables, etc. The service at the counter may not be as quick as some other Chick-fil-As, but folks in Lexington enjoy a slower pace than the most. I've never done the drive-thru and I see there are some comments about slow service at the drive thru. So my advice - pull in, park, come on in and enjoy a pleasant meal with friendly folk.

This is the most un-organized chic-fil-a that i have ever been to. The 5 times i have been to this location 4 times my order has either been wrong or they forgot something. They blocked the online order lane so even if you order online at lunch it takes 30 min to get your food. I think some management positions need to change here because they are not currently working out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

22 minutes in the drive thru. Not acceptable. This was the second chance I had gave them. Last time it was 18 minutes for the drive thru. No I am sorry, nothing. I called and complained about it and they offered me a brownie for my troubles. I expect better at Chic-fil-A. Corporate needs to take over this store before it ruins their brand.

I rarely give a one-star review but when I consistently come and have to wait an average of 17 minutes to get my food it's ridiculous. The last time I came I got charged double and didn't know it because there's no display outside showing you what you're paying so I have to bring my receipt back to get a refund. The only atmosphere here is what you breathe.Vegetarian options: Kale crunch salad
