Who ever they hired recently, just really doesn't care about the job. This place used to be 5 star all day. Recently, the orders have been messed up. Either completely wrong order at drive thru or not getting everything that was ordered. Example, ordered burger tray with bacon, lettuce, tomato. I received no bacon, even though was charged for it, and they added cheese, which I did not ask for. Comes with two sides, I asked for double fries. Got only one small portion of...
Great employees and food. But sometimes they agree to serve the worst people, like these scrawny boys who WALKED through the drive thru, stopped the whole line for over half an hour, and made the food out of stock.
Stopped at Cook Out after a long day at the horse show and it hit the spot. We ordered a cheeseburger, hotdog, hush puppies, and the “nachos in a bag” (whatever you call those!) — everything came out fast and was pretty solid. You really can’t beat the speed and the prices. Nothing fancy, but exactly what you want when you’re hungry and want something quick and satisfying.
