Complete trash blizzards, employee added random pieces of candy, nuts and peanut butter and we ordered strawberry cheese quake blizzard and oreo blizzard. Neither one should have had a bunch of extra pieces of random things in it. 1st sign was the drive thru was closed, shouldn't have went inside. We won't be back and we are local. It's not been good for a while and the employees seem to be on another planet.

Extraordinarily rude. I went in to get a mobile app order and stood in plain view of the staff. They completely ignored me after helping everyone else. I was wearing the pants of a $500 suit and a John Varvatos long sleeve shirt.

This place is never open anymore. Multiple times this month and last I have tried to be a customer. I was excited for and enjoy the birthday cake blizzard yet have only been able to try it once. I drive to the store in the middle of the day only to find them closed. I called ahead today and was told they had to have an emergency closing.

Gentleman that waited on us not friendly what so ever, female working was super kind. The restaurant was FILTHY. Blizzard and Sunday were decent.

Not sure why this DQ has such bad reviews. Came here yesterday for dinner. Service was great! Staff were very helpful with answering our many questions! Order was right. Restaurant was nice and clean. Food tasted good.
Only complaints were that - 1. It was freezing in the dining room (LOTS of people commented on how cold it was). 2. Fries got cold quickly because of how cold the dining room was.
Otherwise, for a Dairy Queen connected to a gas station, this was a really good experience and location.

Open until 10, you go into store, they won’t serve you. Open until 10, you order on door dash- they just cancel orders.

Doesn't want to serve customers. Saying ice cream machine is down, yet customers inside the building eating blizzards after the dine-in is supposed to be closed at 9pm. Cone blocking the drive thru which is supposed to be open until 10pm.

I gave them one star because I can’t go any lower. For starters, after repaying simple order 5 times, still could not get it right. Also did not serve blizzard upside down. .5 stars if possible. After telling staff that it should be free, boy with carhartt hat got very defensive over melted ice cream that he served us.

Great food and a super friendly staff! Who doesn’t love DQ ice cream? It’s awesome. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.
