YIKES. the worst ran fast food establishment i have ever been to. employees tweaking and unable to even take or make orders. the whole place was just a mess and took us an hour to get a blizzard. YIKES. there was one worker in there who appeared to be working hard but was way overworked because his coworkers were not able or willing to help him.

I have been going to this dairy Queen for years and had no problem with employees and food service this is one of the best ice cream places to go if you have a sweet tooth and I highly recommend coming here and getting something to eat or to hang out with friends and family because the atmosphere is excellent and the food is even better it doesn't taste like card board and doesn't have cold fries, this restaurant takes time into getting the food hot and ready and I will always come here for a snack or a sweet chocolate cone thank you dairy Queen

Since no one has answered my questions maybe I'll put it here and it might gwt to the right peoples ears. My daughter worked here loved her job only to be fired after a night where she had tp leave early and fired over a lie that a worker that didn't like her made up and is known to call the women there names in a different language. He faced no consequences. Just because he is not from the USA don't give him a right to treat his costumers and the other employees like trash.

I must say, my recent experience at Dairy Queen was truly remarkable – remarkably disappointing. The customer service was so exceptional that I had the pleasure of waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. Four workers skillfully walked past me, showcasing their impressive ability to ignore customers. I left feeling like a VIP, a Very Ignored Person. Bravo for turning an ordinary ice cream run into an unforgettable exercise in patience.

I'm not sure how to put this. I took my family here last night and got two tender baskets, a #1 and two extra gravies with some kind of cheese curls. The person told me $50 and some change. Food was ok for fast food but the cost of the food didn't match quality. Sorry I will not do that again.
My husband and I stop here every time we travel this way. I recently got the app and started to order ahead because they make food fresh. The burgers are fresh and delicious every single time. I worried about my malt or blizzard ordering ahead but they wait for Your arrival to make frozen treats. Give yourself 20 minutes ahead of arrival to place your order. We stopped 2 times this week and 5 stars yet again!

Just moved to the area. Thought we would try Dairy Queen...Well not this one! Guy in drive through mumbled something that we could barely understand with no customer service etiquette at all. AND the window in the drive thru and surrounding it looked like sticky muck and dirt had been there for months! Windex is not hard to expect employees to use every shift to clean. And just overall disappointed you can't order a normal sundae which by definition is ice cream, topping, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry....NO, it now consists of just topping with anything else now extra! WELL DON'T CALL IT A SUNDAE!Sorry, but went for a treat, but got nothing but disappointed and disgusted.

The soft serve ice cream is the perfect shape those machines are something else ? and the ice cream itself is the softest ice cream ever and the burgers also are just as advertised all the food looked just like as advertised and the taste was also good ?100/10S Tier
