September 23, 7:30 am and your not serving food? Seriously?? Dunkin you got to do better. The line at the drive up was even long for not serving food! Sad.

Girl at the window today was extremely rude and obviously irritated. They were out of multiple drinks and food items which led to our order being changed multiple times which I guess was frustrating for her ( your job is customer service- get over it.) Food came out burnt.

Highly recommend! First time dunkin doughnuts experience for my husband & I. We were so happy & can’t wait to visit again! Wonderful & delicious drinks, fast service, pleasant customer service experience as well. 10/10 recommend & think it’s a lovely place with a great atmosphere & fast service.

I stopped in to the Dunkin Donuts in Lexington, Va this morning around 8:20 this morning. I wanted to get a couple dozen donuts to take to the nurses at Heritage Hall. I went inside because the drive through line seemed to be alittle busy. I ended up walking out without ordering because after I walked to the counter no one acknowledged me standing there. No one stated “I’ll be without in a moment” or anything. They acted like I was not standing there waiting for service. Worst customer service I have received at a Dunkin Donuts. You need to do better.

I came into town for a horse show. The coffee was great! Same as usual, but I ordered the same sandwich two days in a row and got the wrong thing and it was burnt. The sandwich I kept ordering didn't even come on a croissant but they kept giving it to me on a croissant (pretty sure it wasn't turkey sausage either....) and again it was burnt. I'm not sure if they were just using the same toaster setting for the other kind of bun and got mixed up 😅 TWO days in a row.

I had such a great experience there today that I tipped $20. My cookie dough frozen coffees were perfection. Highly recommend trying if you haven't already! Shout out to the hardworking ladies who were there today! Yall are amazing!

Staff with the exception of one was rude. One coffee was asked multiple times to make sure it was decaf the printed tag still said regular coffee and the girl who made it did not know/remember if it was decaf and instead of offering to remake it they just said it was decaf. Several of the food items were made wrong. I ordered a chipotle wake-up wrap and got just a regular wakeup wrap. The hash browns were burned with black burned pieces all over them. It was all around a bad experience.
