During my several experiences at Dunkin, the staff has been rude. None of them have any customer service skills. Ive never gotten a smile, grin, smirk or nothing from any of the employees. Everyone there seems like they absolutely hate there life, not somewhere that sends postive energy at all. It is very sad since we already have minimal places to eat around the area and variety of places already closing down. Hate to see this place be next. Ive been in several times znd they have been completely out of everything including donuts, and one time forgot to even put coffee in my drink. Hope this place improves in the near future.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! Didn’t have ANYTHING in stock!!!! Took 15 min to get my order. Plus they was just standing in the back acting like they didn’t have anything to do. Ridiculous. And I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts fan …. But this place needs shut down. SO RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

I went through the drive through it was moderately busy. Not bad price. Donuts and drinks were good. But the order taker person had a little bit of a rude tone.

We waited more than 30 min in line, then waited another 15 for our sandwich. With a six hour drive ahead of us, this was really frustrating. There were not very many in line either. Just lots of drive thru, I guess.

Workers skipped over my sandwich order and it took them 25 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting, I politely let the know that I had not received my order yet. That’s when they realized they had skipped over my order. I get that it was very busy but the workers calling out orders by items vs. who ordered it/the order number further fueled the already chaotic environment. Just be prepared to figure out where you are in line so your order isn’t skipped. It is completely unrealistic to wait 25 minutes for one sandwich.

Can’t in on sunday October 19th and ordered food and coffee. Customers began receiving their food before me over and over so I agitatedly asked the worker where my food was. It had been over 29 minutes at this point. A somewhat rotund worker snapped at me that they were understaffed. First, not my problem, and second, you don’t ever talk to a customer like that. I ended up contacting my bank to get my money back since I wasn’t about to continue dealing with the incompetent females working here. This place was not prepared for a busy parents weekend Sunday.

This is the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever experienced. I waited nearly an hour for my food, and to make matters worse, they were out of almost everything on the menu. There was no bacon, no bagels—only a few breakfast items . They kept asking me to substitute items they simply didn't have, which was frustrating. It felt as though if they didn't have the necessary ingredients or items, they shouldn't have been open at all. The place mostly had coffee available, but most of their donut options were unavailable, leaving a very limited selection. I sent $40 here for slow service with no answers

This was one of the absolute best Dunkin's I've been to. The donuts were so fresh and they got all our iced coffee orders correct. I would definitely recommend you try it! 🍩
