Excellent customer service! A very clean, friendly environment and delicious doughnuts and coffee. What more could you want? Would definitely recommend.
I remember Dunkin from when I was a child. My wife and I stopped in for a donut a month or so ago and it was the worst donut of my life. The selection was also poor and very small for a donut shop. I'm not sure how anything else was, but based on the donut I had, I will never come back here.

My boyfriend ordered me and him two iced coffees which were good. That's not the problem. Our bagels arrived with barely any cream cheese and it was already on the bagel. I expected it to be in small containers. And it would've been fine except they didn't even put the amount of cream cheese that was shown. There was barely half of the amount shown on the pictures. I am so disappointed with out food. The munchkins were good but could definitely use more icing.

Went there today 3/10 around 4pm.... there were maybe a dozen donuts to choose from.... 12 donuts total and they close at 8pm. It took the 10 minutes to wait on us. The atmosphere was awful.... this place will not last long in Lexington. your name is called dunking donuts meaning you should always have

The service was friendly and quick but the donuts were disappointing to say the least. Whoever is filling the raspberry and the Boston cream needs a tutorial. If there was a mouthful of the filling I was lucky. Please correct so I can enjoy and support your establishment.
The only good thing about our order is that it was hot. Will not be back

The staff was great. Have to say something positive The last three visits I found the donuts to be stale, the glazed were only partially dipped, so they were stale as well. Not impressed.

I've been there multiple times. The first time about a week after opening was fine. Plenty of donuts and workers were very helpful. Downhill from there. Went at 10 am on a weekday 1 empty case one about half full. I asked how long before the filled donuts would be done, she looked at me and shrugged like how the heck would I know. I asked if they were making more or what and she walked away from me so I left. My daughter went thru drive in earlier today. Saturday morning ordered 6 donuts 3 creme and 3 custard paid and when got to window the girl said "Oh I forgot we're all out of the filled donuts. This is Saturday morning. She left very unhappy. Time to call corporate Krispy Creme and let them know that we need a real donut shop!!

I love this dunkin. Always friendly Staff, quick service, and fresh HOT coffee. The only suggestion I have is perhaps turn down the heat inside, it was really hot this morning. The donut wasn't that fresh either but I've had worse at other locations, I will be back.
