Stopped for lunch on a drive from NY to TN. The pulled pork and brisket were both great. Their home chips were so good too! Everyone loved their food. Restaurant was clean and all the staff were very friendly! What a great find this was.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. I had the Lil Pig, which is a half pound container of layered beans, BBQ, and slaw. Plus I had a side of collards. My husband had the BBQ platter with Mac and cheese and slaw. Everything was good and well priced for the amount you get. We 100% recommend for all you BBQ lovers out there.

Food was OK. Pulled pork was dry. Wife asked for smoked chicken on her salad and got grilled chicken. (Asked twice) She asked if there was bbq sauce and was told it was in the bag...it wasn't. We are from out of town and got it to go and took it back to our room, so it's not like we were going to drive the 8 miles back. Lesson learned, always check your to go order before you leave. They may have got it wrong.

From our first step in guests are welcomed warmly with a big smile! The waitress recommended some amazing dishes and sides, and kept a close eye on my needs during the meal. The brisket was amazing, and portions were perfect. Brisket came with cornbread and honey butter. And the broccoli so well cooked! Our waitress asked about dessert with such a warm smile, it could not be turn down. And with no regret for an exquisite chocolate chip cookie cake! :)Thank you for the amazing experience!! A proper American restaurant where you will feel welcomed.Parking: Parking available in front of the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: 1st floor. Just a tiny step.

Jersey native and this is the second time I have chosen to stop by this place in two months on the way to North Carolina. It's a very cute little place that has great local ambiance and the service is great. Our waitress was the same person we had in December. Super sweet and never once did we have to ask for something. I got the fried Southern Catfish again with a side of mac and cheese and coleslaw. Don't forget the cornbread because it was nice and warm when we got it. The pictures below are from the first visit. Ribs, sausage plate, fried green beans. Let's just say the food is on point. I forgot to take the pictures for this trip but my daughter got the grilled PB&J with mac and cheese. My mother got the cheeseburger and my husband got his first ever Cuban panini. Everyone was happy. We got fried green beans and homemade onion rings and I couldn't finish my food. Right before we called it quits our waitress started talking about dessert. I became super curious about the homemade banana pudding because I have always wanted to try it. So I just pretended I was at Italian Xmas Eve Dinner of the Seven Fishes and I found room and damn I was glad I did. First time we were here we talked with the waitress about the fact they were trying to get more foot traffic and I told her how when we were on 81 South we saw their new sign. This place is definitely a little hidden gem that is a must to go and try. Food is on point. Service is above and beyond. You can tell that the food is made with love.
