I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to our amazing server, Jordan! From the moment we were seated, Jordan greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel right at home. She was very attentive without being overbearing, and made sure our drinks stayed full and our orders came out just right. Jordan was incredibly patient, helpful with menu suggestions, and she even brought a little extra cheer to our table that made the meal feel extra special. It's not every day you find someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making sure her guests leave happy. Thanks, Jordan, for making our IHOP visit such a pleasant one—we'll definitely be back!

Had breakfast for lunch here the other day, food was terrific pancakes were just how I like them. Jordan was our server, she was great, we never had to wait on anything even though the place was packed. Very highly recommended.

The place was empty. They brought out two lunches but not my wife's or the Blueberry syrup. I had to get my own syrup. My wife's lunch came out after the other two were done. They didn't even offer to comp the lunch.

I've never had a problem with this location, but I have a lot of positives! We drive from about 40 minutes away to this location instead of the other in our area. They are always friendly, the service is good, the food is always delicious and fresh when it comes out. There is a ton of seating with both booths and tables, all of which are clean.
I pretty much exclusively go for the cinnastack pancakes. They are always a good portion with a good amount of toppings. I never find myself disappointed with the serving. They also have delicious omelets, and I also know that the steak tips are very delicious.
They have french vanilla creamer available for their coffee, though it is by request, same as their flavored syrups. I use the blueberry syrup for my cinnastack pancakes every time and get the french vanilla for my endless coffee. You will have to ask for extra napkins, because they only start you out with the one rolled with your silverware and there are none on the table.
The pancakes are currently the most affordable thing on the menu, and the drinks can be extremely pricey (one orange juice costs half of what a stack of pancakes costs).

It's become one of the better locations. Service has improved and the staff are happier. Consistently clean and the food is typically prepared to look like the pictures.
The coffee was very watery. Our orders felt rushed… and our t bone steaks were fatty, lots of cartilage. French toast was raw in the middle.. I came here very excited for breakfast but I left highly disappointed.. ☹️

I was standing there for about 15 minutes, waiting to be seated. The place was empty, so I didn’t understand what was taking so long. Once someone finally appeared, there was already a line of people behind me. First waitress picks up a phone order, which is understandable. The Second waitress comes over and points at the people behind me and gets them a table. Then a 3rd waitress comes over and points at another group of people behind me and get them a table. Completely ignoring the fact that I was there first and patiently waiting. Let’s just say this place is for preferred customers only. Lol
