Caitlan was excellent! She calmed a raging bull that was never again goin to order from IHOP. Whoever designed the order online part needs to find another job. I'm sure a 12 yr old can navigate smoothly, however, they don't have jobs and the old people that do have jobs, don't navigate as well. Because of Caitlan, I'll give it another shot.
