After viewing Kenney's segment on WDBJ7's Hometown Eats, we decided to give it a try on Father's Day. The restaurant claimed to have "the best chicken in Lexington" afterall. After driving a hour and a half, we arrived at Kenney's only to discover that they were out of chicken! The group behind us in line were equally frustrated having, as they said, driven seventy miles to try the restaurant. Really?? No chicken on Sunday and Father's Day???
