I thought the purpose of ordering through the app was so that you didn't have to wait 25+ minutes to get your food. This is the 2nd day in a row where they don't even start cooking my food until 5 minutes after I get there. I've never been so angry in my life. Unless this is made right in a major way, I don't plan on coming back. Food was delicious and Rachel was very nice and apologetic.

We could not even eat the chicken it was awful. They told me it would be 4 min wait and they would bring it to the car. Almost 15 minutes later I had to go inside to get it. I will never go back.

Pot pie burnt and barely any fillings inside . We got two . Worst ever . See photo . Wish I could rate it a zero but my dog did enjoy the burnt crust . I been there since and gave it another try . Really good .
Me and my husband went to this kfc for dinner today about 4.30 and 5oclock and we wait about 30 min because one of your workers was outside talking to his girlfriend and the other one was in the bathroom they act like we wasn't there we will not be dining there anymore we walk out because the service was so poor.

My wife and I went there last year when the new Chicken sandwich was introduced, I got the Hot & Spicy while my wife got the regular. Was a bit disappointed both sandwiches were over cooked and mine just had sauce poured over it. So we decided that wasn't for us now jumping to the present we decided to give them a chance and eat there for lunch and we both ordered the "3" piece meal with one side and add an extra side. $9.99 each when our ticket rang up it was $34.?? We asked the lady what happened and she said she thought we wanted the 4 piece and the 2 extra sides.Sides was $3.99 for a small cup each.I told the lady that we'd been better off getting the 8 piece dinner with 2 large side and 4 biscuits for $28.00.Her reply was maybe I should have mentioned that.Now the food, corn was cool and biscuits were hard (as always) the instant potatoes & gravy was the best of it all.We asked for 3 piece original and got 4 piece OVER COOKED extra crispy.KFC in our opinion has really hit the bottom of the fast food chain.We won't be back sad to say, so we don't recommend Lexington KFC

We did have to wait about ten minutes for chicken but it was fresh and delicious. I love the famous bowls. Unfortunately, famous bowl only comes with like four chicken nuggies, but it's so good. The spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy at all though, still good as a chicken sandwich. The drive through employee was very sweet but the employee that brought out food wasn't in uniform so we had no idea he worked there at first.
