Ordered curbside and waited over 20 minutes and still didn't get my food, asked one of the employees bringing food out about my order and he said he would check, 10 minutes later I left because I had to go. Tried to call the store to get a refund but the phone was busy because they left the phone off the hook from 9:30 until about 6pm. Very obviously intentional and that's the part that sent me over the edge. There was people in the drive thru for the same amount of time I was there. If it's going to be that long of a wait then you need to tell people or put a sign up in the drive thru instead of taking their money for "fast food" and then have them wait half an hour. I've worked fast food so I am understanding but that was ridiculous and the phone being taken off the hook was bs.

I got 2 fish sandwiches with just ketchup, there open when I get off work at 11pm
Dietary restrictions: I can not have seeds so they have no problem substituting a regular top bun for me.

I ordered online and I sent my friend to pick up the order. It took over 45 minutes to get the order. The worker said it didn’t show on the screen. They were shown a screen shot of the completed order and the money had been removed from my bank account already. Management did not even try to step in and help. Ridiculous.
