Went through drive through to get biscuit the biscuit was hard as rock went inside to get replaced got back in car checked it it was hard as rock I put in trash and left

I will honestly say this is ONE of the best McDonalds I've ever ver been to. I'm 51 years old and been to 1000's of McDonalds in my lifetime. And this by far was one of the best experiences and food quality I've received. The service was excellent . I recently got out of hospital and I couldn't have salt on anything I ordered. The manager Whitney took my order . She was very professional , courteous and extremely helpful . She made sure ALL my food was fresh and without salt . She actually practically burned her hand just to make sure my fries had no salt . And she made sure ALL MY FOOD was made to order and fresh . Thank you Whitney !!! My whole family enjoyed our meal and experience. I will definitely be back !!

Food is good but every single time I order there is something messed up either strawberry banana shake that arrives as a strawberry mango or a Coca-Cola that arrives as a diet Coke today I specifically ordered Monopoly items and everything arrived in regular boxes and my drink was in a mcCafe cup no monopoly pieces

Would give manager of this place a zero if could - self-order station doesn’t work properly (doesn’t print paper with number) and, when we reported it, the manager just brushed it off with “it doesn’t work”… huh? And just the way the front line manager looked - very sloppy - didn’t project a lot of professionalism in general, so it’s not surprising that the place is kinda of a mess. Won’t be stopping here again for sure.

All I order is an ice coffee nothing fancy. But not only is it wrong every time but they argue with me saying it’s made right. I try to explain light cream means only a little and I can’t have the mega amount they put in…but they argue. Then I’m asked to pull ahead and 15 min later it’s still wrong. This happens everyday!! I keep putting up with the hassle for the cost, but Starbucks is looking much better. So darn rude in every way.

The staff is a collection of the most incompetent people I've ever interacted with. The entire lobby was full of people that received partial or completely wrong orders. After arguing over whether or not my order ever existed, we eventually just left without any drinks.
