This isn’t the first time this McDonald’s has forgotten part of my order, but this time they left out my McCrispy strips. It’s ridiculous. Do I really have to open the bag and double-check everything every single time I go? What’s the point of mobile ordering if I still have to act like a detective just to make sure I get what I paid for? Get it together.

So sorry to see that MCDONALD'S HAS ELIMINATED FAVORITES FROM THEIR APP!!! It definitely slows our ordering process. (Starbucks favorites still works great though.)

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with one car in front of me because the employees are too lazy to pull them. Food was cold and nasty. 🤢 🤮
