This place is ridiculous!! One hour before this place was closing... called and made order and was told it would be here shortly!! Waited till everything else was closed only to figure out on my own that I had been lied to by a rude, heavily foreign accented, young man that had insisted the time was good and took the order. We starved. I had never been so hungry trying to sleep... if someone would have just cared enough to call or text me they weren't coming, I could have went elsewhere. I will never forget this experience or ever go near this place again. I am truly disgusted at how unprofessional this business presented itself.??????

I love Papa John’s! I order from here all the time and it’s always amazing. But today when I picked up my order, the man with tattoos on his arms at the window was just straight up rude. I didn’t get his name unfortunately. I told him the name of the order and he rolled his eyes at me. When I took the pizza from him and said thank you, he just stared at me without a single word until I drove away. Great food! But horrible service today.

Definitely not eating here and I suggest if you are 420 friendly don't waste your money on this exact location it's the one next to Food Lion and Ollie's. They discriminate against cannabis users and Christians I'm an ordained minister who uses cannabis for both chronic pain medicinally and I use it for religious reasons and they banned me and my fiance from the property because we smelled strongly of weed. So they aren't 420 customer friendly nor do they respect religion or the medium in which a minister conducts religious beliefs

Food isn't great the pizza hut down the hill is way better for quality and price. They banned me and my fiance because we smelled like cannabis and an employee complained to the owner and he then banned us from the property not knowing I use cannabis for medicinal purposes and religious purposes as I'm an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church Ministries. Please steer clear of this place

Manager thinks they can control how doordash drivers dress. I am NOT a Papa John's employee and have the right to dress freely. After speaking to doordash, they agreed that I am considered a customer picking up an order and as long as I follow the "shirt and shoes" policy that exists in most public places, there is no other reason regarding clothes that I should keep me from picking up my orders. I've reported this store to both doordash and Papa John's corporate. You don't get to control how a customer dresses.

I’ve been here numerous times now, prepare to wait every bit of 15+ minutes past your pick up time guaranteed. By far the slowest restaurant in Lexington. Just get Pizza Hut or dominos.

This location and manager “Elliott” is the ABSOLUTE WORST! We ordered via the website paid, and waited patiently for our food. We received an email “ we have cancelled your order”. No explanatio, no apology. We called our order in, was quoted a delivery time of 30 minutes. once again, waited and waited. No food. we called back and received a message “sorry the location is closed”. We check the website again. Posted hours of operation for Friday- delivery until 12:30 am. Initial order was placed at 10:30 pm. Called the store today to find out if we could get a refund on the 2 orders that were placed. GM, Elliott very RUDE, unprofessional and disrespectful. He hung up on me after I asked for the franchisee info. 12/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Papa Johns needs to reevaluate their manager selection process, hiring and training.
