We recently had the buffet on a Monday for lunch. The pizzas were dried up and the salad bar ingredients looked like they had been frozen(green peppers, cucumbers and even onions) We had to ask for silverware. The lady that was cooking said she was alone, however, there was a man behind the counter that took our money. Why aren't there enough employees working to keep the food made fresh.

Today December 14th 2025 around 11 in the afternoon a woman was having a stroke inside the building at this location. The staff refused to call 911 or seek medical attention for this woman.She sat slumped over, unable to move or lift her head. While trying to get them to understand the seriousness of this situation, their excuse for not calling 911 was because “there was not another manager on duty” I’m not sure what that has to do with the fact there’s someone in serious medical need but that’s what they claimed. Everyone working there this morning should be fired. It’s your civic duty to report a medical emergency. Not to mention I had been waiting 5 minutes before I even noticed the woman. No telling how long she had been like that prior to my arrival. I am distraught at the blatant disregard for human compassion and decency. Thank you to the other person who took control and got her into his car to take to the emergency room. WITH NO HELP FROM STAFF. I will never return. Not because of the food but because of this. Everyone should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, the first pizza was wrong, wrong items, wrong crust! Second pizza was TERRIBLE all topping were threw on one side, barley any pepperoni and it was NOT done!!! Very disappointed and wont be back!!

Ordered two pizzas with pesto drizzle, one with extra and BOTH pizzas came with NONE. We didn’t get a discount, we weren’t informed, nothing, I would’ve preferred they just cancel the order.

Bad service no food on bar every one complained to cashier. Waited 20 minutes for a pizza to be put out.sorry service and food will never go back.money waisted
It took around 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our pizza. The staff had lost our order because of a large party that came in after us. We just would have appreciated the honesty with the situation. Nothing was taken off the bill. The waitress never asked if we wanted drink refills, even seeing both cups empty by the time we got our pizza. She quickly put down the pizza and left before we could ask. Encourage better customer service!

Terrible customer service. One of the workers that seems to be the manager , was seen using his bare hands to place my pizza in the box as he scooped it out of the pan to place it in the box.
Another worker was seen wearing extremely filthy pants that looked like he was a car mechanic. He was seen dealing with food items. This establishment also does not believe in wearing gloves and staff was seen talking over food items.
I was so pissed , that I ended up not even returning my food , but instead throwing it in the trash as soon as I received my order. This establishment needs better training regarding food safety / hygiene and a visit from the Department of Health!
