Everyone was very nice. But the medium rare steak we ordered was served extremely rare. Everything else was overcooked. They did not have any french fries, so they had to substitute something else. Drinks were not kept filled, and the tablecloth was kind of ratty. But there was plenty of room for our whole group, and it was easy to make a reservation.

Visited this location on 2/26 and inquired about the kids eat free menu and was informed that that was only on Fridays. I went to Ruby Tuesdays website and indeed it is advertised as a special on Fridays. The kids remembered that and begged to go back on Friday, so we did. We were seated and again I inquired about the kids eat free option and was told that that was discontinued a long time ago. 3 days earlier I was told by staff that Fridays were kids eat free, the website advertises that Fridays, kids eat free. Somebody's lying to save a few dollars. BE VERY WARY.

Bad food and bad staff. The first time my family ate here it was fine. The second time was awful. From arriving and having to move tables when it turned out we weren't supposed to be placed in the bar section to asking for multiple things my server forgot. My salmon had bones in it and my wife and I decided to cut our losses and just not eat anything and leave. When we sent it back, the young lady who was manager didn't even take it off the bill. She told me that 25% off of the bill and a promise for a free salmon some other time was all she could do. Wildly unprofessional to pay for untouched food sent back to the kitchen before leaving in a hurry. I won't eat here again.

I ordered the new t bone 15 mins later was told they were out. Steak i got no flavor appetizer was cold and so was broccoli so i got a call from the Christiansburg va location where we ate. Asking me about c my experience. She apologized and told me she was reaching out to her director and i would recieve a BMG certificate by e mail still have not seen it

We arrived to a reservation at 630pm. Upon arrival our excellent host took our drink order and got everyone's drinks out. She took our orders and from that point on we waited. Waited for 2hours for our food and had not began receiving it until people from our party got up to ask what was going on. Finally by 9pm some food was being brought out but it was either wrong, cold, or not fully cooked or all 3. The poor waitress was alone in the whole process with a table of 30. The manager did nothing to help but did call the cops when people began getting loud complaining of the service.

I was a hungry traveler and guys seriously Heather M. Was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond a good server. Kept my water filled and the dirty dishes gone. I came for the salad bar and stayed because of Heather freaking M bro. ??Vegetarian options: Salad bar is top tier
