Waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 drinks we ordered in store but they don’t care about in store orders only drive thru and mobiles it seems. We ended up walking out and not even getting our drinks even though we paid for them. We talked to another guy that was experiencing the same thing.

Traveling on a long road trip and needed a caffeine boost. Googled the nearest Starbucks The drive through was down. 2/3 girls working were very unfriendly and rude to their customers. Only one girl smiled or acted pleasant. I hope this was just a bad day for these girls and not how they treat their customers consistently. Unfortunately the quality of the coffee wasn’t consistent with what one normally expects from a Starbucks. Hopefully it was just a fluke day.

I love Starbucks. I dislike that they have closed the drive thru only to mobile orders. Limited parking makes it inconvenient. The employees are great! They are always working hard.

It's incredibly frustrating when you're a diabetic in Lexington. And trying to get a basic cream frappuccino with sugar-free vanilla. And I'm told there's no modifications through drive-thru and it's not because they can't. It's because they won't due to drive-thru times. So if you're a diabetic or if you're lactose intolerant or if you can't have caffeine, there's no way to modify those through the drive-thru apparently.. I realize this is a big company and I frequent Starbucks all over the United States and I have never had a service that I've had at this local Starbucks that I've waited for years. Unfortunately. There are a few there that are great customer service, but I believe that when you get in trouble for helping a diabetic get a frappuccino with sugar-free vanilla and by the way, that's the only sugar-free option they have instead of regular syrups there's an issue. I hope corporate will take this into consideration as the manager said through drive-thru apparently has to do with them. But again, I've never been to a Starbucks that would not modify a drink for a sugar-free option. Through the drive-thru regardless of the drive-thru times. That's a shame.

Saturday morning at 9 and drive-thru is coned off…this is all the time. They pick and choose when they close doors to public during business hours or the drive-thru. The owner doesn’t even address concerns legitimately because they don’t seem to care. I would be appalled if my customers were so unhappy all the time and would do something to fix the issues. They are always out of food, service is not normally friendly…when you’re in a rush and think Starbucks is a good deal (like any other place in the world where it actually is), this location plain sucks. It’s very sad, because it’s the only one Lexington has and they failed big time. Locals seem to know better! But people deserve a place that actually wants to serve and provide great service and great coffee and options, especially for those on the road, heading to soccer with their kids, going to work…or just wanting to unwind with a coffee. For the costs and the “brand” being Starbucks, this does not meet the standard of what you would expect anywhere else. This place desperately needs a new owner and I hope many more folks send their formal complaints up to corporate about this site.

We first went thru drive thru to be told that because we were ordering 5 drinks, 3 of which were water, and a breakfast sandwich, we had to park and come inside. Then the counter staff was short with us while we ordered.

This place has had issues since it opened. They have this new “policy” that mobile orders will take 12 minutes to fulfill, even though the app has always, and still, says 3-7 minutes like every other Starbucks location.
