I love Waynesboro Starbucks they never get my drink wrong I don't know what is wrong with Lexington they need to learn what they are doing. Ordered my birthday drink here In Lexington and it sucks.

We just got a Starbucks here in Lexington, and my experiences have been mixed. Two extremes. Firstly, the people working at the window are always super kind and helpful, and even re-made my drink because I forgot to order non-dairy. These people are always super nice! However, there are some people who work inside who are just rude. Usually the employees who take my order are so kind and great, but it's the people making the drinks who usually have an attitude. One time I had to come inside after driving through because someone handed me the wrong order. I stood at the counter where they were making their drinks with the wrong order in hand and literally made eye contact with three employees, they all looked at me, and ignored me and kept talking to each other. More recently my friend and I came into the store around 15 minutes before they closed to get a quick iced matcha and the ladies who made our drinks left huge chunks of the matcha powder in our drinks and gave my friend like a teaspoon of cold foam (which she payed a dollar extra for) Some of the people who work here are super duper kind, and go out of their way to treat their customers with kindness. Others don't even try. I hope this company can get their barrings straight because Lexington is a friendly town, and nobody likes bad or rude service.

I’ve been coming here whenever I visit Lexington. When this place opened few months ago, as its expected, it was chaotic somewhat. However, things have gotten better and better. Staff are more attentive and efficient. I was able to pick up my mobile order without any issue. I think this team has take customers reviews seriously and tried to make it better to meet customers’ needs.

I would not recommend ANYONE looking for a job to apply here. As someone who has been a customer of Starbucks in general is very discussed to know what STARBUCKS allows their management team to treat their employees. Bullies shouldn’t be allowed in any business especially not a business so welcoming to everyone regardless how they look. To allow and condone this type treatment. Especially when you have coworkers asking managers if they should bully a coworker to make them leave. This is truly unacceptable behavior. Especially as adults. We can hear how badly they discuss us costumers on top of fellow coworkers! I will never shop at another Starbucks again! My experience with this location has left a nasty taste in my mouth and after almost 20 yrs of good service. It truly takes just 1 time to ruin it for you!

Don't waste your money! I've given this location too many tries to be good because I'm limited to the few food/drink options we have in lex. Lexington finally got a Starbucks and everything I've had has been horrible. My drinks never taste like coffee. I'll get a white mocha or blonde vanilla latte or any drink really and the drink tastes watered down or just flat. I'm not sure if it's their milk products or coffee, but it's bad. If I can, I stop in Charlottesville to get the same drink I would get at the Lexington location, and the drink would taste completely different.

It's just plain sad. Ordered two drinks - iced blonde vanilla latte and a peppermint mocha. The ice was melted and the milk tasted bad. The mocha tasted burnt. I waited in line for 45 minutes for 3 cars in front of me. The interior of the location is what you would expect. Last time I willingly go to this one.

For such an expensive place, it would be nice to say the drinks were good.... unfortunately that's not the case. I've been burned one too many times here. My last drink literally tasted like there was no coffee in it, and Im actually convinced that AT MAX it had one shot. The shaken espresso is supposed to have four I've attached a photo so the coloration can be seen. This drink was supposed to be over $8 (I used stars so I didn't pay that much but still)..... I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with no cinnamon sub almond milk with sweet cream foam.

Don’t get me wrong I love music, even loud. Problem is when the music is so loud and your employees wear headset they can’t hear you. When they can’t and ask you to repeat your order and look at you like your the problem that’s just wrong. Just rude! Secondly a pour over is not a drip coffee.

I haven’t been able to enjoy this location because since opening they are always out of stock on many items. Every one of my go-to drinks is out of stock. This is getting a bit ridiculous. This store needs more training instead of getting thrown to the wolves to figure it all out. Shame on the corporation for doing that!

I waited and let the store be open for awhile to see if it would get any better and it’s horrible still months later. Very slow service. Constantly taking the mobile ordering option away. Drinks hardly ever taste like they’re supposed to. Multiple times now been given hot drinks when we have ordered iced drinks. Almost always sold out of common things like Carmel syrup and stuff like that. Drive thru is almost always wrapped around the store. Closing early and randomly. We even got sick off drinks from this location before. Something needs to change here because waiting forever for a Starbucks to get here just for it to be this horrible is sad.

Never sure when the store will be open. On numerous occasions the store was not open during posted hours. One day an online order was accepted when the store was closed and frequently when the store is open, online orders are not available. Not knowing when the store will be open is frustrating enough, but when a staff member is rude, it makes the experience shocking and unacceptable. Have visited Starbucks throughout the United States and a few in Europe, this store is about the worst. Overall, this particular store seems to be mismanaged.
