The older woman who works here is rude and just plain hateful every single time I have gone in. There is not a single issue with any of the other employees. She will practically yell at you to slow down on telling her what you want but then will turn around and get mad because you didn't say something fast enough.

I waited behind one other customer for 7-8 minutes while their single item was slowly prepared, and when their food was done two online orders came in which were immediately being fulfilled without any greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. I walked out and won't return.

Fantasic spot if you like to be treated like a criminal. The quality probably isnt much better than that of a jailhouse either. The 1st Place Winner of the worst Restaurant I have ever stepped in.
The location is a complete missed opportunity. Lexington is filled with expensive places and this could be a great spot for someone who wants to save a few dollars.....but it is not. Save your money on something else in life and walk by Subway. The door isn't worth the energy for you to open.

The lady working behind the counter was very rude. As soon as we went in we told her we were here to pick up an online order. She was very rude when she said how many sandwiches there were and we told her that it was the order name she said. We watched her make our sandwiches and she just threw the toppings on there or barely anything on it. She would look up at us and roll her eyes. AFTER we got our food and left there we ate and the sandwiches were the worst. They tasted awful and weren’t even toasted like we asked. Before we left we were nice and told her to have a good evening and thank you she just stayed silent. Worst food and worst service. Will never go again!!

The woman behind the counter was friendly and handled a customer surge well even though she was the only employee working that day. The "meat" on my sandwich was just a really cheap bologna that tasted awful.

We love subway. Stopped in for quick dinner 1/3/24 @ 5:55pm. Rude employee. Diddnt respond when we said "good evening". We asked the closing time as she seemed to be cleaning up. The employee responded 8pm, there better not be someone in here at 7:15 pm, as she walked away and into the back. She came back out, didn't acknowledge us and continued to refill containers. She made us feel like a burden and unwelcome so we walked out and found somewhere else to eat.
