9/7/25 OOPS! Subway has discontinued their Chicken Salad, one day after I had enjoyed one. ☹️

I just had the worst Subway experience ever. I’ve just moved to the area and this was my first visit to this store. I was a regular Subway customer in my last town, but I will not return to this branch. There were only two orders ahead of me, and I waited for around 15 minutes for my turn. Then it took me four tries to explain my order, and the person serving me didn’t get it until the other worker showed her. When she asked if I wanted the same veggies on both halves of my 12” sandwich, I said that yes, it was all one sandwich, and she made strong eye contact and did the “quiet down” hands at me. It was surprisingly rude. She poorly prepared a skimpy sandwich; when I asked if they had black olives, she said, “Nope. If you come back next week I will.” Again, her attitude was aggressively rude. As I was paying for my sub-par sub, her coworker asked her a question, and it was as if I stopped being there. Her attention left me completely, she passed my order over without looking in my direction, and then (still looking at her coworker), sort of passed me my receipt, all tangled up in a napkin because she couldn’t be bothered to look at it or me. At no point tonight was I rude or impatient. I have just worked a 10-hour day and I get being tired. But there was absolutely no excuse for this treatment and I will not take my business there again. After reading several reviews before posting this, I know that I am not alone. Extremely disappointing.

The employee behind the counter 1:07pm on July 24th, 2025 was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I simply asked for extra cheese and her response was rudely “if you’ll wait a minute…. “. Needless to say I left and I’ll find somewhere else to buy a sandwich. Politeness and kindness matters!!

All the employees seem to be high or just not capable of doing their job..this has been the third time I’ve been there and they are nodding off…shaky..adding too much toppings or not enough..taking too long to get a sub together..I left and went to Jersey Mike’s..it’s sad because I do like subway, but the service is awful and grosses me out
Subway is good but could be better. Some items looked old,not fresh, also out of items.
I wish they would bring back the trainee who was working her shift alone. She was great! If she’s still working there, I wish she had been there for my visit this time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience at this location was terrible. There were two customers ahead of me, and each of them had just one sub order each. I had enough time standing there to download the Subway app and create my rewards account…and that was after I had already been waiting for at least 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the employee told me she needed to prepare 2 online orders before preparing mine. I told her that was fine, and I left. There was another employee who was in the back preparing other orders, so I don’t know what the urgency was with the 2. After I got food from the store next door, I saw that a gentleman had come in immediately after I left, and his order was being prepared. I guess the 2 online orders weren’t more important after all. I don’t have to be greeted with a smile or catered to in any special fashion, but when I’ve patiently waited for so long, I do expect to be the next person served.
I had the most wonderful experience in this location!! Not only was I treated so kindly over an order that I had a little difficulty with, I was treated so tenderly and with the upmost concern for me, my issue was dealt with in haste. I wish I could give 10 stars!!

The older woman with the tattoo on her neck and glasses acts like she can’t stand to be at work. Every time I have been there while she is working, she has been rude to me or other customers! I can’t believe she has not been fired by now!

Went to Subway to get 3 churros and a big cookie. When I went to order the staff were visibly annoyed at what I was ordering. They rolled their eyes at me. Then when they went to heat up the churros, they ended up only heating 2 out of 3 and it tasted awful. Then they took a long time in general to get the order ready. 30 minutes to be exact. I will not be going there again.

I had a good experience here. My meatball sub was good, if a bit expensive at around $12. They were out of mozzarella but handled a substitution with parmesan well.

I waited in line for 15 minutes and never got service. They did online orders instead of helping the line of customers.

Rude, awful staff. The dark haired woman with no name tag has atrocious customer service. Management, check the timestamp on this to see who is working and hopefully make some changes.

This place is getting worse and worse! Usually I ONLY encounter an attitude problem, until today... I went in earlier to get 2 subs, stood at the counter without any acknowledgement whatsoever from the FOUR employees (there was 1 other customer at the register), 1 was in and out of the back and THREE were making other orders (I guess doordash? Idk...). I stood there for a few minutes without even a glance from them, then the girl on the beginning of the make line took a sandwich off the toaster tray and the tray fell to the floor... she looked at her coworkers and they giggled and mumbled something to each other... then she picked up the metal tray AND PUT IT ON THE COUNTER BETWEEN THE SANDWICHES! She then proceeded to pick up the black piece from the floor, look at it funny, put it on the metal tray AND PLACE ANOTHER SANDWICH ON IT TO PUT IN THE TOASTER!!! I'm pretty sure they have more than one toaster tray, so why the blatant disregard to customers health?! That is absolutely disgusting! There were 2 other customers sitting at a table that saw it happen, we shared a look and I left... if you are willing to do that in front of customers, what is going on that were not seeing?!
