This place is a little hard to find… It’s attached to the back of the cookout fast food restaurant. We visited Saturday around 10 AM. The place was absolutely hopping! So we were very confident that the food would be delicious, and it was! I wasn’t super crazy about the pancakes. They were a little dry, but the eggs were cooked perfectly, the sausage was delicious and the biscuits were amazing. All the ladies were very friendly and the service was quick and pleasant.
Great little diner for a quick solid breakfast. They are the only place open early. Brisket and eggs were very good. Coffee was decent. The toast appears to be done on the griddle and is does have a slight griddle taste. Otherwise this really was a solid, quick, reasonably priced breakfast that hit the spot before we started the next leg of our road trip.
A true, old timey country restaurant for breakfast. If you're a city slicker like me, maybe used to the concrete life of NY, maybe used to the agriculture or sandy oceans of CA, you won't be used to southern hospitality. This place is drippin with southern hospitality and damn good southern cookin.
