Rebecca is amazing!! I was just I passing through town and decided to stop in Lexington for a quick bite. She literally made my the trip that day so much better because she started me out with a great experience!! Food is always delicious from any Waffle House but this particular one was amazing due to Miss Rebecca in Lexington Virginia!!!

I honestly don’t know how to rate hear stars. We was in there shortly after 10 on Monday night. We witnessed a lot. A nice sweet wait naked Rachel who went above and beyond and a cook that was so rude and nasty to the servers. This ain’t the first time it’s happened we thought that maybe he was just having a bad night the first time because they were a little busy but after seeing it again on Monday obviously it wasn’t a bad night that’s just how he is. In this day and age it is absolutely hard to find good workers who want to work and as long as you have a cook like that you won’t keep the good ones. Nobody deserves to be talked down to by ANYONE. Waffle House you all have gotten my money for many many years but if this continues I’ll have to take my money elsewhere.

Myself and a friend came in Saturday evening, Our server Rachel was amazing, she answered all our questions and made sure our first Waffle House experience was unforgettable! She was pretty busy when we arrived but still managed to greet us with a smile!!! She joked around with all the customers in the store and made everyone laugh! To be the only server in the store, you wouldn’t have guessed it! The store was clean, smelt good and looked amazing! When she wasn’t with a customer she was running around like a busy bee trying to make the store look as good as possible for the next shift! That girl deserves a raise and we will definitely be coming back just for her!

Happy atmosphere, our services lady was super friendly and sweet to my babies and me! Food was good and fast to get to us.
Sat down at the breakfast bar and no one greeted us, acknowledged us, or even looked at us for 15-20 minutes. During that time we saw multiple other tables sit down and get greeted. No one even LOOKED at us?!?! It was honestly so bizarre and almost felt discriminatory. This was our first Waffle House experience and also our last. What a disappointment.

The food was terrible. They had no idea how to make an omelet and what they they actually served was burnt. The cook was more interested in joking around and calling me baby than doing his job. My husband and I will not be returning to this waffle house. We gave this place two trys. They failed horribly.
