I placed an order online through their website and upon arrival they were completely unaware of my order. I had the confirmation so they began to make my order . These things happen so no biggie. An hour after I order I receive my food (misor wot) and it still has parts that are refrigerator cold with a few spots are luke warm. The staff was pleasant so I would be willing to try again in the future.

They advised me to place another order so they could pay me back. This is absurd. You wouldn't anticipate this from a service that had to compete.
