I placed an order online through their website and upon arrival they were completely unaware of my order. I had the confirmation so they began to make my order . These things happen so no biggie. An hour after I order I receive my food (misor wot) and it still has parts that are refrigerator cold with a few spots are luke warm. The staff was pleasant so I would be willing to try again in the future.
Nice people and by far, by far, by far, by far, by far! the most generous portion of kitfo I've ever got! I also was able to buy the Ambo water that I like. I highly recommend this restaurant and market.
