Regular Shiro መደበኛ ሽሮ
Shiro wot is made from chickpea and broad bean flour, mixed with garlic and onions, and made into a thick, almost paste like substance. The chickpeas give the stew a beautiful texture and nutty flavor. It's very smooth and spreadable, almost the consistency of a thickened pureed soup

Best Ethiopian food I've had in DC. Perfect shiro, injera, and kik alicha. The prices are bit lower than some other Ethiopian spots, and this was the best meal I've had in a long time, thank you!

I don't normally write reviews for restaurants but I ordered their food from uber eats and I put in the notes how i wanted the food specifically. Normally places do not look at the notes that I wrote but they did and gave me everything that I asked for. The even separated the food for me in containers. The injera was nice and soft and the food was cooked to perfection. They also had my food done within 45 minutes of ordering. I def will be ordering from here again and I appreciate...
