Mother's Day brunch was lovely. We were warmly greeted with a complimentary mimosa and long stemmed rose, then escorted to our table. Everyone was so friendly and the food delicious. We will definitely be returning.
What a hidden gem this is! I traveled with two friends an hour from Fredericksburg to this lovely 1700s estate. One of the owners happened to be outside when we parked and he led us to the front door, telling us the restaurant was inside and to the right. As soon as we stepped inside, we were transported into a beautiful piece of history. The dining room was so cozy! We were warmly welcomed by our server and made to feel more like friends of the family than normal diners. Brunch...
From the moment we entered until we left, it was as if you were visiting old friends. We were greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The mood, the food, the experience is one that we loved. As a matter of fact, plans are being made to return sooner than later. Well worth the drive, time and money!
