Y'all, I was supposed to have written this review sometime ago now. May 15th to be exact. So the truck was on Fort Belvoir at the hospital. If you know me, you know I don’t eat a lot of things and I’m a very picky eater. So I ask the guy basically to rate his own food before I brought it. Yeah, I’m sure he thought I was crazy. But when I got the food to the house me and my daughter demolished it. The wings, the fries, the ribs and the cornbread....
Been waiting a few weeks for the truck to come back to where I work. Waiting in line as I write this. Had a few different things on the menu the last few trips they came over here. Loved every single thing I have had so far. Ribs, wings, collard greens, mac -n-cheese, all phenomenal. I know in a few minutes it will be the same.
These! Guys! Are! It!!!! If you see them, get yourself a plate, I dont even care if youre hungry, you will be by the time you get to where youre going and the food will still be piping hot! I almost forgot to even take a picture because the smell got to me but I promise my picture doesnt do the plate justice, it glowed like the ark of the covenant when I first opened it. The catfish is so moist and tender while the breading is CRUNCHY, its a perfect fry. Perfect to cover in hotsauce...
