We went with the expectation that menu items were a certain cost and then each item was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than listed online.Next, we were sat in the restaurant and IT'S HOT. I asked the server why the thermostat reads 80 degrees (it's behind our table) and he looks at me all surprised and says, "oh, it's hot in here?" He comes back 20 minutes later to inform me that yes, none of the air conditioning in the restaurant works.Next, IT'S MY BIRTHDAY. Irrelevant, but I told the server and he just said, "Oh okay." Not expecting a lot, but a "I hope that you have a nice birthday" as we were eating/left the restaurant would have been a nice courtesy.NO LEADERSHIP EVER CAME TO CHECK ON US WHILE MY HUSBAND HAD SWEAT DRIPPING OFF OF HIM.NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.

This restaurant has a good amount of space and is located in a good area. The quality and taste of food is not good though. If you compare other Mexican restaurants in the area such as Guapos or El Paso, Casa Tequila’s food is very bland and lacks flavor. On top of that they provide a small portion of salsa and charge you every time you request for another cup of salsa. I’ve never seen this before. I would recommend avoiding this place and going to the places mentioned above instead.

UPDATE YOUR ONLINE MENU PRICES!!!!!I went online to look at this place’s menu and prices and decided to call in an order. I ordered the taco salad which showed the price of $12.99 online And one of the combination dinner platters, which was three tacos for $13.99. Tell me why when I went to pick up the food and they rang it up and gave me my receipt, they charged me $14.99 for the taco salad and $15.99 for the 3 taco platter. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!! May I also add that the tacos were smaller and had less meat and cheese in them than the tacos from Taco Bell!I actually called the restaurant back and asked them if the prices on their Online menu were up-to-date and I got put on hold for five minutes to have the receptionist tell me “oh ya, we have an updated our website yet”Here’s the thing, if they know, they haven’t updated their website yet then they should be telling people over the phone as a courtesy that their prices have changed and to inform them of the price they’ll be paying for the stuff that they order. I’m willing to bet that they’re never going to their website and just continue to rip people off. Beware! Not only is a rip off the food is not worth it. You will get better food from Taco Bell than this place.

Everything was great. Our waitress was very attentive despite our group of 16 with separate checks. The fire alarm at the end was annoying as no one was able to respond or shut off for 45 minutes but o would not blame the restaurant for it.

It was something horrible and unpleasant, because I ordered two birria tacos and two carnitas tacos by phone, when it was time to pick up they were giving me 12 birria tacos and 12 carnitas tacos, and they wanted me to pay for them because they had already made them, until Another lady who served at the front desk arrived quite arrogantly and scolded the young man who took my order for not having explained to me that different tacos could not be mixed in one order. Finally they gave me the tacos as I wanted but they charged me almost $40 for them. These tacos? have been the most expensive tacos in the world that I have ever eaten. I don't recommend them, bad taste of the tacos and very bad customer service, it makes me sad because I know that not all of them are the same, but they should put more trained people to serve customers.

The worst experience ever. They took my order made me wait more than 30 minutes to come and tell they don’t have the food cooked. Do not go there if you want to be disappointed after 30 min of waiting and oh not even an apology from the manager. The worst.
