Ask for chapli kabob order 7 order but got very disappointed. You promised me no worries. It was so dry so old I can’t even believe it and I thought I came after four years because I had the same experience four years ago never been stopped by and again I get disappointed out of four years.
First let me start by saying I don’t leave reviews. So when I tell you the customer experience at this place was awesome, it was amazing. I’m a big customer service person and the way the lady taking the orders de-escalated a customer situation left me in awe. The food left me even more impressed. Some foods on the buffet I wasn’t a fan of (personal preference), but the majority of it, I loved. I will definitely be back, and I challenge you to try it!
I moved within walking distance to Lasani Kabob last year, and am a regular here now. I love their food. My go-to is butter chicken with rice and cheese or garlic naan.
I have always felt welcome and service has been great each time. I feel at home.
