“First let me start by saying I don’t leave reviews. So when I tell you the customer experience at this place was awesome, it was amazing. I’m a big customer service person and the way the lady taking the orders de-escalated a customer situation left me in awe. The food left me even more impressed. Some foods on the buffet I wasn’t a fan of (personal preference), but the majority of it, I loved. I will definitely be back, and I challenge you to try it!“

“This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“Visited at night with kids. Had to wait 20 mins because they were making fresh batch but it was worth it. Kids enjoyed their burger because they are not much into pulao and stuff but we being authentic pindi adults enjoyed their pulao with flavorful chicken pieces.“

“I hadn’t had food from here in years, since my dad used to bring home ras malai from here (which was a fav of mine). When in the area recently, I stopped in for lunch, not knowing that they actually offered a buffet!! I was happy to see this, as they had so many items on it that looked great:\n•\tSamosas\n•\tPakora\n•\tRice\n•\tChicken Tikka\n•\tSaag with beef\n•\tChicken curry\n•\tAloo Muttar\n•\tChana masala\n•\tGulab jamen \n•\tAnd so much more!\nThe pastry dough used to make the samosa was spot on and reminded me of the streets of Pakistan! The chick pea flour used in the pakora was flavored perfectly, though I wish it had a tad more spice to it. The other items I tried were great! Plus they made me a roti to eat it with.\n\nAll the food and service were just what I needed to scratch the itch I’ve had for this food for some time now. “We ordered a variety of food. For starters we loved the veggie samosas with The chutney sauce. The rice is flavored with cinnamon and it will not disappoint. The chicken kabob boneless platter is tender and full of flavor. Our favorite kabob was the chicken with green chili skewer. The rice pudding was so on point we ordered an extra side to go.“

The Rice Briyani is the best I've ever had anywhere. The lamb curry is so yummy! The chic peas are unbelievable delicious - melts in your mouth, we had to order extra to go after eating in! If you try the crab balls, you won't stop eating it. And the somosas - wow! Not to talk about the hot-fresh and fluffy naan! The menu is vast, and it doesn't matter what you order, it's finger-licking delicious. Plus the price is great, and the service wonderful! “This restaurant is offering a lot of dishes in Ramzan buffet in very economical prices.its a complete meal including drinks ,appetizers etc.Everyrhing was so delicious and fresh.I recommend making reservation before visiting ,as I just walked in ,the restaurant was full but still they managed to serve us.Not only food but the staff is very kind.“

“I go to Haveli every year with friends during Ramazan and it always has been a wonderful experience. I like the vibe and their ambiance. I recently visited during ramazan this year and felt like the food is not that great compared to last year.

Their customer service was excellent! And I believe it’s the owner/manager who is also very cooperative so will give 100% there!

A couple of feedback - If they could focus on the food freshness and the quality like the previous years it would attract more customers and would be great!

Also, I want to request if they could get the drinking dispensers cleaned especially, where the nozzle/faucet of the dispenser is it would be great because that area of the dispensers were dirty and it made me wonder if thats the reason why the beverages were not consumed.
