I went to Kokee Tea in the evening when they were about to close. I used the kiosk there to order and got myself a coconut milk tea with boba and jelly. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and the shop is aesthetically pleasing and clean. I plan on going there again and making an updated review with some photos.

Kokee tea could be five stars, but they lack customer service orientation, cleanliness, and basic preparedness. Either the people who close should make sure the lounge area is clean or this place should open early enough to ensure the lounge area is tidy. I’d hate to see the kitchen if the seats can’t be cleaned. The picture doesn’t do it justice. One of the larger issues is preparedness. I’d imagine honey boba is popular. However, they...

The Butterfly Dream was such a dreaming drink. Initially, it felt like a good place to relax or to play some card games with friends. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and laid-back early in the afternoon. However, the environment changed quickly later in the day. It got very loud and noisy once local students started to get off school and gather inside.
